The NovaPG fancy themselves to be terrorists; we do not. Some of them are former Hessians, and some are Blood Dragons from the start...but all of them always have been, and always will be, exceptionally violent extremists. They say "don't be surprised if we pound you to within an inch of your life before asking for payment", while our policy is to always stop and ask for payment before any damaging shots are fired. They are political terrorists, while most of us are former freighter captains. We identify more with the traders we tax than the NovaPG do.
Just because they are our allies does not mean our methods or beliefs are the same. It's their prerogative to tax allied traders if they so wish; they will suffer accordingly from a shortage of supplies. Likewise, it's my prerogative to declare Hessian space open and free to all allied traders. For instance, we have a lucrative partnership with the CR at present; they pay us 10 million a week, and in return we give their traders a free pass and an offer of protection should they so require it.
In short, request is denied. Allied traders moving through our space and trading with our bases are to be treated politely and with respect, and offered an escort if Corsairs are about.
I know how you feel, Maus. Many a time when I was a Rekrut and Leutnant, the cowardly RM came hunting for an inexperienced Hessian pilot to kill. It was my first experience with those brainwashed sods...I hate them as much as you do.
However, dying for the cause is not our policy. I've noticed that the RM fighters use a variety of shielding, so a loadout that can attack any type of shielding is recommended. Two Natterturn Zweis, two Outcast particle guns, and two LWB or Bundschuh tachyon cannon are recommended. Or, I can give you some from our store of adv. debilitators, or you can get the superior imp. debilitators from a Hacker base in Hudson.
If you feel that they are actively hunting you, you may either test your mettle against them day in and day out if you wish - or you may feel free to base yourself from Ronneburg in Omega-5, Casablanca in Omega-47, or Freital in Omega-11. The jackboot police force that is the Rheinland Military rarely ventures into the Omegas except at the request of an ally, and you should find relative safety there. The Corsair Titans should be much easier targets for your Odin...
Please contact me via private comms about your loadout. Tell me what it is now, and which RM pilot you fought, and I should be able to tell you why your weapons had so little impact and recommend a loadout better-suited for fighter combat.
