today I had a quite annoying incident with 2 LPI officers in New York and only a couple of minutes later in Texas.
While guiding a SCRA capital vessel out of Liberty space those two individuals stopped the capital and me, here's my first question to the LPI officials, since what time is the Liberty Police Incorporated dealing with capital vessels?
Well, I'm pretty aware of the situation that you've got a Liberty Dreadnought assigned to your fleet but do you train your officers to interfere on capital vessels with Liberators?
But enough about LPI tactics for now.
The second interference from your vessels had been the ongoing disruption of the SCRA's cruise engines while it had been heading out of Liberty space.
Even in New York I've ordered your officers to back off that vessel 'cause it's been an LSF operation by that time. First your officers seemed to back off when your officer Bo came back and actually tried to levy a fine on the foreign capital for violating Liberty space.
It is really not my intention to scrutinize the way you're training and drilling your officers but you really should tell them when they're overstepping their boundaries. Please just remember yourself that the LPI is a company hired by the Liberty government while the LSF is a governmental authority.
Under this circumstances I am forced to file an official complaint on those two officers who had been overstepping their boundaries and interfering with LSF only operations. I'm sorry that I can't give you the name of the second officer but I remember he was part of the LPI SWAT team. I think you should ask around a little bit in their rows.

Agent Mosby, first off I don't appreciate you talking down to us as if we're somewhat less than you simply because we are a company. We enforce the law of Liberty. We defend Liberty from internal threats, and external threats when necessary. We receive taxpayer's credits to operate, and are given our authority from the government to do so. When those threats happen to be capital ships, we are prepared to tackle them. Perhaps my officers didn't exercise the best judgment in disrupting a capital ships leaving Liberty, but as I'm sure you're aware that ship was in violation of Liberty code Section 3 Subsection V. While fines for violation are not mentioned there specifically, I'm sure if you dug through the LPI bureaucracy of procedures you'd find that one exists.
As for our 'boundaries', as you put it, those lie in Liberty's law. Not in what some LSF spook says. Because, quite honestly, we don't take orders from you, just as you don't take orders from us. Cooperation is key, but I will not take such disrespect. Instead of telling them to get lost, the proper course of action was informing them that you were escorting the warship out and asking them to assist you in doing so.
I will not say anything further until more information/evidence is presented.

Ok first off, I don't have access as yet to all the evidence. I do however back up my agent in her complaint. Although it could have been worded better than it was. Yes co-operation is the key and from what I have been told, your officers did not co-operate and tried to take over in an LSF operation. We do not interfere with the LPI or Navy so I ask if that is reciprocated. We are on the same side here. I will have words with Agent Mosby on diplomacy and she will apologise for the manner that the complaint was made. That is all I can say on the matter until I receive the cam footage of the incident.

I hereby apologise for my manors I've shown to you. By the time my complaint was sent I've just been back on Planet Manhattan after my vessel has been shot by a member of the Rheinwehr in Texas. Luckily I was recovered by a Navy cruiser patrol that tractored my pod in.
Due to the loss of my vessel I can't send you gun cam shots nor proper audio recordings of my discussion with your officers. If necessary I will revoke my complaint and will deal with any penalty given by the directors of LSF for my rude behaviour.
This shouldn't become a flimsy excuse but I had to deal with three different tasks at that moment and your officers became a fourth by that time. I tried to focus on the important onces: Diplomatic relations to the BAF, a Rheinland invasion in Liberty and the SCRA capital vessel I've been guarding out of our space.
Hopefully you'll value the role of cooperation in the future. If you were juggling so many tasks, you could have informed the officers and asked them to deal with one of them for you, say, the Military ships in Texas. LPI are cleared to engage in defensive battles when the Military attacks, and also to assist Navy when requested in Bering and Hudson, though we don't encourage it.
In the future, let's remember we're all on the same side here and at the end of the day, we're all protecting Liberty's interests and the safety of her citizens.
