' Wrote:Recruitment conditions:
- You must have an equipped Wraith with Rheinland Military Guard ID and IFF.
- You must know all about Rheinland.
- You must be good in fight - we will test it. Seriously.
- You must be loyal.
- You must be active.
- You can't have good relations with Rheinland unlawfuls.
If all of this accomplished, we give you a chance.
Why does the Wraith needs guard ID/IFF? Sounds like mindless mission grinding just to get the minimal conditions to join?
Why do you only accept good PvPers? Why not also takie in new players and show them how it works, guide them so they can become rood RPer as well as PvPers over time?
Does that mean you won't accept players who also have membership in, lets say [RHA] or AGS?

Guard ID/IFF - needed because its a mark how you play here for a time and you think seriously the membership. Until you reach it that is time. If you buy it, it mean you have discovery forum activity and some experience coz you know about the possibility of ship buying. So you arent a newbie if you have a guard ID-ed/IFF-ed ship.
Good PvPers - needed because a lot of time WRF must protect civilians. Protection job is different than simply shooting down an enemy, coz not you are the primary target usually, but a slow and huge transport/mining ship. So not enough winning but must winning fast, before transport/mining ship blow up. Protecting Rheinland civilians is the main goal and you can't accomplish if you arent good. It not mean you must be the best one, but you must show something in fight.
We accept hessians, actually already here is some who has hessian character too (yes we have RHA member too). Just wanna a limit. Those who know me know how I dont prefer if someone shoot his fellows - not really good in my mind. I have some really bad experience about it. Was a time when was a lot of hessians in DHC-. A few reamined only, because it caused personal problems when the players started taxing and shooting each others. Better avoiding it.

Other Factions like [RM] have the requirement of 4 hours of playingtime to show activity before their gets their higher Promotion, the WRF needs the Guard ID. You are less in the Fields but you get a little bit more practise for new players in game.

That still doesnt explain why you dont try to give new players a fair chance, many of them are more then valuable if you help them to become better. The Guard ID doesnt really indicate that you know how things work here or that you have some experience, it just shows that you had much time to shoot some NPCs, it doesnt show that the person flying around with the Guard ID is a good player...
And for the second part, well that explains why you dont try to give the pirate a fair chance. The Miner/Trader/Whatever will die regardless of how many ships you throw onto the pirate, if the pirate really wants to kill him. If I would see a huge number of Military ships incoming, which wont give me the possibility to flee or to win it I would try to take the one you try to protect with me...
Everything looks fine, but I don't understand why does every faction need to...well double - faction. The RM already exist, why would you create another RM? Well, nevermind that, the RM guard and 'good PvPers' ?!

Well, we are fairly different from the central official [RM] Army in Rheinland. We restrict ourselves only to the western border zone of the Rhineland to protect the Law of Rhineland and keep this area clean from any hostile activities.
Omega 7 for example, isnt a declared part of the Rhineland Goverment, so the WRF comes into the game. It is a Border System, which has just none lawfull activities, it has its own "law". Mercenaries and unlawulls put to often their feed onto this section. So the Idea of WRF was born. You could explain it better with a Province Army.
Maybe we have the same goals, ok, but a different story behind this and a different view of point how to do things. If RM want to hire us in the central Rheinland to support them, we will follow them, otherwise we will never go to NB, except of reaching Braunschweig to equip our Fleet.
And it makes sense, too. in RP the central Forces of Rhineland has a lot of to do`s in Hamburg to stop the invasors of Liberty, in centralrhineland their are many hostile activities and the west border of Rheinland is nearly unprotected. A rich goveneur from Planet Stuttgart has launched this force from the rest of the nomad war Soldiers after this. it is quite simple in my eyes.
This is a very good Faction page, even better than our own [RM] one, but as an longtime RM member i have to say there had been several attemts to make a second rheinland military faction in the past, that were faced with different problems and in the end were discontinued.
To your apearance, to put fighting skill over the fun in the play and scaring off new recruits by harsh requirements, tests and trying will get you nowere and will not get or even loose you the respect of other playergroups. Most players want to have some fun, do some roleplay and have some fighting, a good balance is needed, or your apearance in the game will be very one sided.
And your focus on the Omega-system mainly to saveguard the Dauman operations there (shameless assumtion) may not be blessed since the admin team has declared war on the O-7 mining (or was ist only the Dublin mining, didnt read it all)
Again, you have put a lot of effort in the proposal, and my personal experiance with WRF players in Game were good, I have trouble in beleaving it will work out.
Nicely written, but as stated above, not sure if it will work.
So you're like the [RM] and Police put together? Why not just join the other current factions and help them expand, instead of making new ones? IMO there's way to many factions that are "splitting" these days.
