to make it short, I'm a "not so lawful" person who would like permission to use some of those great weapons the Outcasts manufacture.

I'm requesting four "Kraken Type 2" Particle Guns to mount them on my Sabre.
This ship uses a Pirate ID and Freelancer IFF. It's called "Nowhere" for the moment, the name might be changed though.

So, please tell me, what I'll have to do, to make that deal possible and to get permission for those weapons.
