Alpha Legion is the elite fighter arm of the LWB they are the pilots they send in when the enemy has larger numbers or superior tech. Recently they have become more and more known as many attacks are linked to their hit and run tactics that consist of attacking every weak link in the enemy formation at once. Little information is still verified about them because they have very strict controls over their channels. Reinland still has no idea about their whereabouts but after several large raids on transports containing important military and economic assets they have been given a high priority for extermination. They have also been seen assisting the Hessians in omega-5 and disrupting Corsair supply lines for their invasion of Reinland.
We have 2 other Rheinland pirate factions recruiting already. Why don't you wait for them to get goin first?
You don't really have much except for the basic information from the game. I don't really see why you would start a new faction that has the same goals as the RHA instead of joining them. Besides, of course, getting to lead your own faction, which really isn't as exciting as you might think.
However, LWB are meant to be a small, ineffective pirate group. Having 'Admirals' is a bit silly. The name is poor too. 'Alpha Legion' makes me think Warhammer 40k, not angry farmers.
Saying that they are the elite is pushing it too. That has to be proven in-game.
An LWB wing, sure. Easy to set-up. They'd probably have a Captain in charge, though, not an Admiral.
Also, don't allow Blood Dragon ships. Allow only Civilian, and maybe Outcast. And I really hope they will all be fighters.
EDIT: Why would they be Hostile to Phantoms? The Phantoms get on okay with all pirates.
The one thing I wanted to add was that I don't see the LWB flying a Battleship let alone 3. Not to mention that you stated that the faction is "the elite fighter arm." Personally, I see an LWB faction flying nothing greater than a Gunboat, and thats at best. Also, I definitely wouldn't use BD ships. Outcast is a stretch but that works a little better.
Anyway, Hoodlum will help you work out the kinks and details.

Both the Unioners and LWB have specific agendas that are different from each other, but both groups are also small and sort of hand to mouth.
So why shouldn't one clan represent both?
I think it would be possible to blend the two NPC factions into one clan similar to how many real world political groups with different agends band together to pool their resources, for the time being at least. If the clan becomes large enough to justify splitting them in two, then that would be as legitimate as banding together to begin with. It would also reflect another aspect of real world politics: internal squabbles.
So I suggest that we pool all or efforts into building a sort of umbrella clan for Unioners and LWB and see if we can get it strong enough to justify splitting it into distinct clans.
