He heard of the heavy fighting along the delta corridor, and within the Delta system. It annoyed him severly due to the fact it was a human against human conflict, one that ended in blood. He was against it and saw himself as the only true agent of Humanity. The only true Order member.
Everyone was full of hatred for the Bounty Hunters, everyone hated the Governments of Sirius. Hell, even one of the other Operatives attempted to nuke Manhattan. He didn't know if this was true or not. In his time of flying with the Order, no other human had shot at him. Not even a bounty hunter, which was odd as he worked with one once, an Esther Carson, Dame of Bretonia.
Now he sat near his ship, waiting for the moment to launch. Everyone else was scrambling out to fight the Bounty Hunters, to kill other humans. But that wasn't something he was going to do. He knew deep down that the mindless killing and bloodshed would only cause them harm, and it would cost a lot of good Agents their lives.
He sighed lightly and pulled out a picture of his wife, his family, that he had to leave behind in Bretonia. A past life that he took up from leaving Military Intelligence Section Five. He stared at it for a bit longer, the noise drowned out around him, and he could've sworn he was home. He smiled as he saw images, memories, of his wife, and his children. It seemed to be at their wedding, or second honeymoon either way it was a long long time ago. His family probably thought he died on a mission, as he just suddenly disappeared. However, he returns to New London any chance he can get to see them, from a distance of course.
When he finally came back to reality he heard the annoying beeping on his ships communications array. It was time, his drone picked up unknown signatures and closing in fast on two fighting fleets. A small smile stretched across his lips as he placed the picture in his pocket and stood up, he took one last look around the hangar. This day might be his last, so he was going to kill every last son of a bitch nomad before he went down.
He climbed into the cockpit, flipped a few switches, then was cleared for launch.
