We have had some contact in ze past, and I am sure you know my name.
I realise ze hard times Gallia is going through now, and ze effort you put into guarding space from ze terrorists and zose pirates who would kill innocent civilians - not to mention zose infestous Sirians and uzzer, less reputable families who would prey upon ze innocents as well, and cause more chaos in our fractured house. Funding is hard to come by zese days, is it not? - with ze war and all, you are hard pressed to keep your vessels togezzer, no? I have sent, along uzzer channel, a donation from my private coffers to fund ze Royal Police. Zese funds were stored away by my late husband during more prosperous times, and I see no uzzer time zey could be put to more use by you, to guard our space from zose who would trouble it furzer.
My condolences to your husband, but I promise that this admirable donation will not be squandered. I won't be stingy and ask for names, but I will ask for local identity tags of those whom are not to be bothered. This will make things a lot easier for the Royal Police to avoid any....accidents.
