Good Afternoon Sir/Madam,
Today, I was a part of a LPI, Navy joint fleet, enforcing the Liberty-Rheinland blockade just outside of planet Houston in Texas.
During the patrol, I encountered a certain ship, registered by the name of "Valdemar".
The ship was carrying a hull full of military vehicles from Liberty to Rheinland space, though the captain refused to specify his destination even after being enquired a number of times.
After further analysis of the ship, I discovered that the captain had some papers which showed that the ship was registered under the Liberty Navy. Now under this situation, I thought it best to let the ship pass, lest it be an actual navy vessel. But something did not sit quite right with me, and I took some guncam photos of his identification papers. Now as a rookie officer, it would not be right by me to send this straight to the navy.
Please take a look at the guncam pics, and suggest/undertake any further actions as required.

Hmmm......the Navy doesn't use Gulls. Now thats just downright suspicious. If it was the IFF, it could just be a malfunction, but that's the damn transponder. Good work calling this in Miller, I'll forward this to the Chiefs.
