Sitting at his desk Victor receives the following transmission:

Vic, I'm sitting here on Freeport.13's bridge in 74, and just read over the neural net that the Freeport was destroyed above West Point.
Considering OSI operates in Liberty, could you look into it for me ?
Finding the transmission that Tomoe was referencing he sent his own response.

The vessel destroyed was not Freeport.13. Said Freeport is currently in Omicron Delta dropping supplies off for Freeport 11.
The blame for loss of any Zoner lives and Zoner equipment isn't to be laid at the feet of Liberty's Navy or Security Force. The presented images only show the vessels destruction, very little in the way of the conversation that happened before hand.
The commander of this fraud Freeport made a mistake taking his vessel into Liberty space. He knowingly endangered his crew.
Mr Forbes, you can find it hard to believe all you want. Fact is we send ships out into the unknown more than any other group in the sector. Some of them never return, some come back with stories of the unknown, and others return as shadows of themselves.
If you find it hard to believe we didn't know about the operation and location of that vessel then you must also find it hard to believe it made it to New York without a problem no?
Regardless, I must apologize to Liberty for this captains mistake and ask that any survivors be sent to Erie for treatment. As for the captain, he will answer to Liberty for what he has done, after he answers to the Alliance.

// No power gaming. Mudd knows I used his character. Also as a note to the OP. RP'n the destruction of someone else's ship isn't something you should do without permission from them. (You may have that here, just saying.)

A news flash has arrived about the Freeport XIII, allow me to quote "Freeport's capitan was a terrorist or something like that." It seems that the Commander of the SHIP was a mental patient at the Honshu Asylum, in Kusari.
This man of around 30's escaped from that institution 2 years ago, acording to the records, he got a lucky hit, and won the lottery. With the money from the prize, he invested on the pumpkins business, who would tell that he would became so rich in so short time.
However, his pumpkins business drove him to Gallia, where he contacted some woman called DeFrance, apparently this woman has stolen a lot of information from Zoners. Including bases locations, trade routes, battleship plans, weapon designs. And with his fortune, he hired a lot of engineers to build the ship for him.
Such a notice don't pass unnoted, and Kashiwaba Tomoe, the truly owner of the Freeport XIII heard about this plagiarism, and there's a rumor that she sent a saboteur to the Freeport's copy. We got from good sources, that the plan was to blow it up before it leaves the Omicrons (You can figure who built this monster), but the original plan failed when half of her spies fallen into the captain's hands. So, they addapted, the new plan involved the Liberty Navy.
With her feelings toward the Navy, due the behavior of one of their Liutenants, she still wanted revenge, so the plan was to blow the ship near West Point, ant with a bit of luck, destroy the school of corrupts.
But thank to the LSF and the LN, the threat was terminated before it could hurt innocent people.

I would like to clear up the issue that came to be from the Rogue Zoner vessel.
I was called by a civilian that there was a large Zoner vessel sitting atop of a Navy installation. This large Zoner Vessel turned out to be a Jinkusu class vessel. Having this vessel siting atop of a Liberty Navy installation is High Illegal as outline in the laws of the Republic of Liberty section 3 subsection 5:
Quote:V. Foreign Warships.
No warships except those in service within the ranks of the Liberty forces are permitted within the house of Liberty. Warships are classed as any ship of destroyer, cruiser, or larger. This includes the Corvo Cruiser, a ship famous for its research and reconnaissance capabilities.
However, permission can be obtained from the ranking primary fleet officer on duty present for warships of these classes to enter Liberty space. Where possible, these ships will be given an armed escort during their trip through Liberty space. Some reasons for this permission being given may be:
Diplomatic talks with the government of Liberty or a corporation based within Liberty.
The warship in question needing urgent repairs or resupply.
Flight through Liberty to avoid a warzone.
If a ranking officer is not present, entrance into the house of Liberty is denied. Warships found within the house of Liberty without prior permission from a primary fleet officer will be, depending on the conditions, escorted out of the house of Liberty or boarded and diverted to moor on Norfolk shipyard in New York. If additional security is required due to the nature of the ship, it will be relocated to San Jacinto station in Virginia. Any resistance will result in the warship being destroyed.
Now, the "Freeport" was asked at least 5 times to leave Liberty space. This vessel did not leave, which gave me no choice, I made the decision to open up on that vessel.
There is not to much else I can say, other than that ZOner Jinkusu are not allowed in Liberty without prior permission, nor is any other foreign capital ship.
Mr Maack, oh yes, your name again...... Your making your name quite well known. Lets see here... Liberty Government official? Nope.... Military Officer? Nope.....Police Officer? Not over my dead body.
You sir, Seem to gloss over the Fact that ALL ships are sent the same general broadcast about no Foreign Warships. You also seem to ignore the fact that your own people are are telling you it was a fake..
There are laws to be obeyed. I bet you if that FAKE tried the same stuff in Bretonia, they would have vaporized them in a heart beat. Kusari? If the KNF didn't board and seize, the KNF would have slagged it in a heartbeat.
You don't make the laws here. Remember that. The Government does, not some random person that waltzes in here. We enforce those laws. Obey the laws, have a nice stay. Break them, you had better run.
This is a House at War . For all we know, that was Rheinland spy ship, or worse.
Perhaps Mr Maack Doth complain too much? time will tell.
You seem to want to continue to whine about Liberty... Don't like it? Don't let the jump gate hit you in the ass on the way out. There are a number of easy exits, no one is holding you back.

Lets see here... Trigger happy? nope we waiting at least 30 minutes before deciding to open fire on that ship, we asked it many many times to leave the area, it failed to do so. I do not regret what happened, the captain of that ship brought it on themselves.
Me and my dogs drinking Ale and the like? Well I tend to enjoy a few glasses of Sidewinder Fang and Liberty Ale, what's wrong with that?
Finally, as already stated by my colleges and the Navies finest, ships of that size are not allowed in Liberty unless they gain permission from the LSF or the Navy. If that ship was in Rheinland they wouldn't have even asked it to leave, it would be destroyed on sight.
