So as said, Freelancer can have practically any IFF, just shows you "alegiance" - Whether Order players will want a Freelancer around or will airlock you to Toledo's atmosphere, that's other (RP) case.

But you can get any ("normal") IFF you wish and it's not aginst the rules, to answer the question.

Then next question- can i land only at img and zoner base, or maybe there is difference if i have order id or only iff? Can i land lets say.. at interspace or osc base? (i have full green with kusari btw.. Just thinking if i can just "work" for order and live in kusari)

That said, with Order IFF, you should act accordingly to their diplomacy.
