Bonjour, it is my hope that this message receives you with no delay. For a relatively short time now I along with other persons similar to myself have been operating an organization designed to help displaced or escaping Gallic citizens integrate into Sirian culture.
This has had the unexpected outcome of overwhelming our facilities, and in short has become more of a refugee camp. Now this in itself is not the issue, we more than welcome this challenge. Instead we have what comes with all groups of people escaping war, disease, poor health, lack of nutrition. As of right now we are without a proper medical staff and the population has begun to show signs of
a fever common to some Gallic words in the lower classes.
It is my hope that you would be able to provide some form of medical service or aid to my people, if you require compensation it can of course be arranged. With this said I awake your response.
usually it is mandatory for consortians to give humanitarian aid and we're not used to ask much questions. But still we barely don't know anything about you. As you should be aware, lot's of folks in galia don't welcome us with open arms. In case we're bringing all needed medical goods, we're still lacking of fundamental information about it's destination and so on.
Very true words, though I must admit it is not my custom to reveal everything in my first words. We are located outside of the Kingdom, the people for whom I have requested aid are refugees, escapists, families, tradesmen; People whom have no interest in the war that plagues my home.
And I administer an organization for their benefit here, within the Sirius sector. Our facilities, meagre as they may be are located on Barrier Gate, within the Coronado system.
My secrecy is born purely of the xenophobic issues that could arise given the nature of my home, and the apprehension that my people now provoke.
I would also like to state that we have medical supplies available, what we lack are medical staff capable of diagnosing and administering treatment.
Health, Master Tessier, and to the flock over which you keep watch.
Listeners at the shrine on Lanzarote have heard your plea and relayed it to the Council for deliberation.
It has been decided that there would be wisdom in aiding your people with the enlistment of two of our Deacons to assist in the healing efforts and a Vicar to oversee them. The Arch Bishop Ryodan's Vicar, Malachi, has been chosen.
It is unlikely that total recovery will be possible by our hand alone, and you will likely need further assistance in the oversight and restoration of your people from other third parties. Among the Zoner people, the Doctor Holliday has proven a wise and beneficent healer. Perhaps you might look into enlisting his aid as well.
Respond to this communique if you seek the Enclave's support.

Bonjour Monsieur,
I am Doctor John Henry Holliday, administrator for the Temporary Autonomous Zoners. I am also a physician with several areas of expertise. I also own Med.Force.One, a medical colony hospital and research ship dedicated to helping people regardless of who they are or what they do for work. I take my Hippocratic Oath very seriously.
I could provide you with a medical team of surgeons and researchers but the problem I have is the threat from the Gallic Royals. As Mr. Burns said, we are not openly welcome in Gallia for reasons we will never understand by the Royals themselves and their allies. They have destroyed Zoner trade ships they have caught and even bombed one of our bases as a retaliatory strike for our presence. Accordingly, TAZ ships are not found in Gallia. Losing another Zoner to the ignorance of the GRN isn't worth it. To send a team, in my eyes, would be a humanitarian act. To the Royals, they consider it treason. Again, I know not why.
I'd like to help you, really I would, but I don't know how to do so without risking the lives of my staff, staff that are hard to come by as I only get the best medical professionals I can find. I am open to suggestions.
Yours in Eris,
Dr. John Henry Holliday
TAZ Ambassador
Most interesting, to the Virulian someone’s who have addressed me I am unfamiliar. But that is not reason to turn down assistance. What is it you offer, and if at all what would you like in exchange?
As for dear Doctor Holliday I have more to say. I understand your worries; the Royalists are very fierce and morally deficient beings. If you cross them, then you are killed. However I can tell you that if there is a man, woman, family in my charge then they do not agree with these policies, or have in their own way fallen victim to them.
I would never ask to have your staff or yourself placed in danger on my account, but there is still a certain level of mistrust in my people. I’m sure you can understand how daunting a new world full of new people can be. It is precisely why I established my society, to build a confortable and safe enclave for them. What I would ask is simple, draw on our medical supplies, screen the population for medical ailments and then tell us what is wrong and what can be done to avoid future issues. Disease spreads quickly in poor living conditions I’m afraid.

Bonjour, Monsieur,
You can rest assure that my Virulian friends are quite genuine and very good people. They have been a great asset to me and the rest of the Zoner community as well.
Now, as to your request. I will be holding a meeting aboard Med.Force.One to see if anyone wants to volunteer on such a mission. I cannot make them but I will ask.
I do understand the mistrust issue, Monsieur. We have encountered it ourselves so we understand although I do sometimes find it odd that some who mistrust me have come from far away places for medical help when others won't give it, even in their home worlds. I like having them here and we enjoy the business but I just find it odd.
I will inform you of the meeting results when I have it.
You must pardon our tardiness, we have a great many things which demand our attention. It is not to say that the remedy of your people takes a lesser importance, but much occurs in the rebirth of a people.
But yes, it would be wise to hold communion. We leave it to your wishes to determine the method of our discussion. Secure discussion via private relay may be ideal, or we might send followers to meet you in space, although we cannot guarantee the effectiveness that would be preferable. Many of us are busy with duties of restoring the Enclave.
