I really like this...I've always been a fan of Kusari, I just haven't had the impetus to do anything there. I like being a bit different, and I don't think there's ever been a Hogosha faction. I've also always liked Junkers, and liked trading; this faction, at first glance, seems to offer all of that. I'm definitely considering. I'll be keeping an eye on this, it looks very promising. Keep up the good work!
(I just hope I can keep track of all those confusing Japanese names... =P)
I'd love to have you on board. Why is being from Texas "to your dismay" btw?!?
What about changing the tag to -{B}- or -{K}-, would one of those be less confusing? I'm not going to change the name, I actually put a lot of work into it, and I already have the symbols and logo's ready to go. But the tag can be fixed if that would make things easier.
Honestly though, I'm not that worried about it being -{BD}-, anyone that assumes it is Blood Dragons and starts something without scanning an ID is not anyone that I am worried about. I am willing to change it IF there is a general consensus that this is too confusing for everyone.
I'd be totally on board with this faction. The smallish size and questionable legality are just my style... But, I'm in two other (small) factions, and both of them would be big enemies of the Black Dragons, plus my Freelancer time is pretty limited right now. Probably not a good idea for me to join up.
I have already spoken with a couple of your new members and I must say that I am impressed with what I've seen so far. The Angels were even offered a donation for the help we've given, how marvelous!
I am surprised to see that you attained so many members in so short a time, this looks like it is going to be a popular past time. Good luck!
Despite the fact i hate such "honourable families", the subtile RP sounds very interesting.
In my brain an image is growing about an action event between Hogosha and Junkers. Skirmishes only fought by freighters, transports and liners, accompanied by CSV's and Collectors. No military capships.

How long will we have to wait for the Hogosha and Junker player factions to accuse each other of liner-whoring?:crazy:

If they wait until after 4.84 the liners won't be an issue.
"To gain a hundred victories in a hundred battles is not the highest excellence;
to subjugate the enemy's army without doing battle is the highest of excellence."
Hopefully the accusations of liner whoring will not not happen. But if they do, SU will be accused first. We use prison liners as our slave transports, which means every one of us posses one.
Liners are not the best in combat technology, but they are significantly better armed then a normal transport. Its a long fight, but a single VHF can easily dispatch one. But just like Morrigan said, if they keep the class 7 only turrets in 4.84, a liner wont even be a threat to a light fighter.
