The link to the report seems to be broken, so i cant see what its about, but only time i know ive been hostile towards another player, has been against The.Mohican and im quite sure i havent been out of my role with him.

And why is Columbus banned ?
He hardly ever says anything, just follows me around, and lets me do most of the talking.
3.1 says abusive language, as well as threats..
I called him an Ass.. And said i would put a huge bounty on him, for killing me again.. Is that a threat to make him feel uncomfortable, no, its a threat to make his character feel uncomfortable..
And wheres the warning ?
Besides The.Mohican i always speak very nicely to people, as well as pirates, and i have even given away millions of credits to help players get started..
If i am to be penalized, for not sucking up to one single pirate ive met, and therefore loose the money ive made, then you might as well make it a server rule, to obey all pirates you meet ?
Or am i getting it wrong ?
Anyways, please explain to me, exactly what im beeing banned for 7 days for..
And if its for speaking my characters mind to a pirate whom i simply couldnt stand.. Then well.. Want me to just quit ?
Im not about to see my hard work go up in smoke, because i say one single naughty word to another character..

Was really following roleplay, as i think he's a chicken for flying Freelancer, then pirating when the unsuspecting traders come withing range..

You could have just pointed my eyes to my behaviour, and how he was taking it, and i would have apologiezed to the guy..
First off, the link isn't broken. It leads to the section of the forum that you don't have access to, the admin section.
Secondly, Seraphima used the C word in system chat, which isn't good. And your insults were in private chat, and appeared to be at the player and not at the character. So post here in a week to be unbanned.

I have 2 questions though.
Columbus is my little brother, did he really do something to get himself banned as well ? Caus he's telling me he didnt. Dont know why he hasn't posted in here yet himself, but if i know him as well as i think, its probably caus he dont like writing alot in english..
And secondly.
My girlfriend flyes as =ICS=Hexilex, will she be baned if she logs on ? Or will it look like its me playing, and thusfar adding to my ban time ? Caus if it will, i will instruct her to stay off the server as well for these 7 days
Context, the word came out while he was chasing me over 60K of system.. He wouldnt let me go, and i snapped :( So no, not kidding on that part..
So, your actually banning my brothers account for being next to me, and your going to ban my girlfriends account as well even though she was sleeping in her bed while this incident played out..

Ive helped more players on this server than i can remember, guiding them to correct their ID/IFF issues as well as ship and equipment issues, so they wouldnt have to be sanctioned before beeing in RP..
And ive always kept a good tone of RP to even the worst "2 mill or dai" pirates..
My last question is this, why the hostility ?
Im not a bad guy, i lost my temper one time, and your basically taking out me, my brother and my girlfriend.. Is that really necessary ?
If so, ive brought about 4 more people into the game, should we get them banned as well for knowing me?

The context is: this is a game, played for fun. If you can't control your language I dread to think how you may react if something actually bad happens.
Your brother may not be inclined to speak much english, but enough to insult other players. Perhaps you set a poor example. Perhaps not.
Your girlfriend will unfortunately suffer as a result of using the same IP as you. That is a result of using the same network as you.
The image of you in her bed, typing such profantities at virtual pirates, is disconcerting.
I doubt her parents imagined such a future for her when she was a tender child.
Try to act like a grown up ?
Speaking out thoughts of my life or my girlfriend in bed, dont really suit someone who's supposed to be a figure of authority, unless the public your attempting to amuse is truly a bunch of sad pre teens.
The real way to handle this, would have really been to point my behaviour to my attention, and i would have apologized straight away.
