I would like to point out that I was at the time and place of the accident.
I was smuggling slaves trough Tau 23, while 3,4 IMG's jumepd on me. I called for support in the meanwhile from 3rd-Knight, who came to tau 37, and we ware in same group. He prepared ambush right outside the entrance to tau 37 from tau 23.
I was engaged already by this particular group of CR and other IMG, and I jumped to tau 37.
Couple of them jumped right after me, and as soon as they jumped in they ware destroyed by 3rd-Knight.
I saw the 3rd-Knight engagement notice which was little per-matured, but I still think he didnt have to give any engagement notice since I was already engaged .. right ?
Anyway's I accept any part of punisment, since I was there too. But I dont'e see a reason for it ..
