I am fully planning to develop this concept, as I have done in the last few days.
Getting the funds i need will be a problem though, I am currently unable to scrounge up the Credits I need. And i'm unwilling to take a loan for credits that will be returned a week (ish?) later, if all goes well, and it doesnt get rejected.
That said, a score of 4 positive to 0 negative opinions is really spurring me on!

If by funds you mean to make an official request, I would advise waiting til you're well known in game, niggles with diplomacy and history are cleared up, and you've shown your RP competencies.
That said, the concept is nice, keep working on it

I already know what you are referencing. The Xeno listed as Neutral. I was intending this to be a ''Tet Point of View'' but put it under diplomacy anyway. My mistake.
I don't know what you mean with History Niggles, though.

I wasn't referring to anything specific, you can view others however you like, others just may not reciprocate the same feelings.
I simply meant that after being around a few months a factions diplomacy, goals, and history are refined through interaction with other factions.
I would personally like the foodbank to still be operational on a small level for some corporate rivalry.
In that case, I'm happy to say that i was indeed planning to work it out over the course of this faction's emergence. The current diplomacy is just a mockup, a temporary scenario following the most likely events.
The FoodBank is a concept based off the concept of the same name, and thus would not compete with anything since its non-profit. It is no longer active, and is in fact unwanted, it would keep people on manhattan. Perhaps a variation of it, which tries to relocate the poor manhattan populace to other planets/systems is an option. The WorldBank, though, is a fund of (supposedly) enormous size, but currently seperated from the main Tet body.[*] One could also say its a quasi-lawful institution that is a charity fund [*2] on one side, and an actual bank.
(*For now i'm taking Tet's interest in Kusari, (The only faction in Sirius without an established ''Christian'' Culture, and thus supposedly the easiest to expand into.) as the primary reason Liberty shut the whole deal down. Perhaps i should reconsider this.)
(*2 Note that this charity is only a way to gain goodwill, and in turn helps Tet's own agenda. Examples are financing cleanup operations on chemical spills and the development of clean alternatives to junkyards and debris fields.)
