James Ferguson;
First of all, I have to object to the notion you will somehow salvage and possibly recycle one of our dreadnoughts. Any and all the wreckage will be returned in full to its rightful owners, and intent to the contrary shows a lack of patience from a group apparently known for that quality. As such if you wish to take action on our property without our consent, there will be unavoidable consequences for you and the organisation which you represent. Bear this in mind before taking any rash action.
That said, your position being one of frustration is entirely understandable. The only liberty dreadnoughts which should be using the services that Freeport 11 provides belong to those captains who have the permission, from you, to do so. It is evident that the captain of the Providence does not have his permission.
Unfortunately, you have picked a very bad time to file a complaint as Fleet Admiral Hale has just taken a weekend of leave. This means that you will be dealing with me, and unfortunately I am both less understanding and less patient than him.
Though I have personally seen the Providence in Omicron Delta via the long-range scanners, I do require visual evidence of his presence in that system before any action can be taken. This is the unfortunate side-effect of the institutionalisation of the procedure that would be undertaken in this case; that is, the captain in question losing the command of his ship, more commonly known as court martial. Remember, though I know of his presence in Omicron Delta, I cannot take your word alone that he has been doing what you say he has been doing without you showing this.
Well, I remember back in the day when you weren't a commodore. You most definitely deserve it. Anyways, You know who I am and I was personally on the base when it sustained the blow. Both docking bays sustained a major hit, and luckily we had been conducting a shields test or it would have taken the entire mooring system with it.

Greetings, Commodore,
I wish it was under better circumstances. I made a medical trip out to Freeport 11 after I received this file:
If you look closely, the LNS-Providence opened fire upon the Freeport. Some personnel were seriously injured in this attack and are in my care as we speak hence my reason for being here. You asked for proof, well, there you have it.
I would like this matter resolved without further incident if possible. Now if you will excuse me, I have patients to tend to.
Respectfully,
Dr. John Henry Holliday
TAZ Ambassador

John Holliday, Gideon Ravenor, Captain of the Providence;
Ah, well that simplifies things somewhat. To be honest I find it quite amusing, and sad at the same time, that one could possibly damage the place they rely on for supplies. Whether out of frustration or genuine malicious intent, this shows a lack of good judgement and self-control. Since both are a crucial quality for a captain to possess, for the purposes of combat decisions on the fly or treading lightly in tough diplomatic circumstances, this shows that whoever put the captain of the Providence in charge of his dreadnought made a huge error.
I am very much less patient than Fleet Admiral David Hale, and this goes both ways. David would usually try to talk with and reason with this captain; try to... educate him. He is a very patient man, and it's one of the reasons he sits at the top of the High Command and I do not.
The static that this channel has received, apparently from the Providence, again shows a lack of judgement. I'm not known for being particularly understanding when it comes to excuses, and if I am correct in my understanding of the words spoken through the interference, an excuse is exactly what it sounds like.
As such, I will attempt to catch Fleet Admiral Hale before his leave begins. If this is not possible, I will make the decision as to the fate of the Providence myself.
Also, I invite the captain of the Providence firstly to share his actual name and secondly to show evidence of that he is not at fault in this situation. He can also provide myself and the Liberty Navy High Command with the reason for the presence of his dreadnought so far away from the borders of his originating house as well as showing that he understands the High Command's previous transmission concerning Liberty Navy ships in the edge worlds.
On a more personal note, the reason I was not a Commodore when you remember me is because I had taken about a years worth of leave. I was previously a Commodore in the Southern Alliance before it was merged with the Northern Alliance to become the Liberty Navy Primary Fleet. It was always my intention to regain my previous position by proving my worth to David Hale, whose brother I actually remember commanding once upon a time.

Hale here.
The captain of the LNS-Providence will be ordered to personally pay compensation to the Zoners regarding this incident and the excess strain placed on the Zoner's docking facilities in Omicron Delta. Mr Holliday, Mr Ravenor and Mr Ferguson, please decide on the size of the fine.

This is an RP thread! No more of these OORP comments. If you have something to say, say it in RP form and make sure that you were involved with the incident in some way. Another OORP response will net a ship in that account a fine!

Greetings fellow Zoners.
I understand completely what you say, and understand what damage it did on the station.
I apologize what our gunners did back there.
Now 75 millions is quite much amount of money and cannot be received so fast.
Can we make a deal for 50 million credits?
Ship repairs cost money, ship maintainance costs alot. We cannot allow 75 million credit discount from our bank account.
