To whom it may concern,


My name is Hitoha Aono, currently a graduate student at the University of New Tokyo. I am sending this transmission in hopes of receiving a visa to continue my studies at the University of Cambridge; the program offered in New Tokyo for Xenoarchaeology is unfortunately inclonclusive, and I was referred by the Provhost to submit my academic transcript to Cambridge. I can understand the...tensions between our two Houses, yet I sincerely hope that my academic career can continue unhindered.

I will be registering an Anki-Class Civilian Freighter, on loan from the University, as my personal means of transport through Bretonia. As most of my course-work will focus in Cambridge, I will remain planetside for most of the duration. On the rare occasion that I may need to transit to other locations, I will be certain to forward an itinerary to those who would deal with them.
