[font=Agency FB] Just as Marcus finished his last sentence, the door opens again and another person enters the room.
He looks like he recently has gone through hard times, with relativly fresh scars and his clothes also don't look that new.
He smiles as the assembled crowd turns to him.

Mesieurs, please excuse my late appearance.
It seems the message of this meeting has not reached me earlier than a few minutes ago, upon my return from our operations in Sirius.
Mind if i take a seat as the representative of the Brigand group known as Free Brigands of Gallia?
And could perhaps someone give me a short overview?
Elohyme cleared his throat and stood, his hands folded behind his back as he addressed the small assembly.
"Its under my assumption that the purpose of proposed alliance is to provide a common protective defense for ourselves and security against the Gallic Royal Navy...which we can all agree is starting to become a problem. Now according to this..."He said holding up the paper" is a basic outline of this Alliance. As our Corse friend here has said, we all offer different specialties that when put together...can bring down the mightiest of beasts.
What the Corse suggests...is that he will fund us. In return, we do what we do best. My Bomber Wing specializes in hunting battleships. The Brigands offer invaluable raiding skills. The Council has access to the only real threat to the GRN. If we put our resources together, we can bring this beast down, kill it, and put it on our mantle piece as a Trophy!
So gentleman...this remains a question of whether we can all work together...
Etien again remained in his chair as he spoke, leaning a bit further back.
"Working together should not be a problem, so long as we have an effective plan of action. I know of one or two locations where the navy hardly ever patrols, leaving those areas mainly to the royal police. Perfectly enough, many trade convoys go through these areas. I can provide details of what the Royalists have been bringing in, as well as stopping those convoys. Perhaps some of what is stolen will make its way to the Council."
"As for you,"Etien said plainly, turning to the other Brigand who had entered the room,"so far, no major plans have been made. We have not gotten much further than stating our intentions."
With that, Etien stared forlornly at the empty bottle of wine resting on the table, wishing he had brought some more.
[font=Agency FB] Before Jules Bernard starts to speak, he waves an adjudant and tells him to bring some of the wine from his ship to Etien.

Then i should do nothing else than this.
Our intentions are for the moment not that surprising.
Of course we would wish to explore more of Sirius which might bring us some new friends who can help us.
For example, i heard of a nation called "Outcasts" living only one, two Jumpholes away from the entrances to Sirius. They are said to have a rather large fleet for their numbers, including not only a Battleship, but also a Dreadnought.
I do believe that they have some interesting supplies we could purchase from them, one way or another...
On the other hand, we would also wish secure our current positions here in our homeland.
Due to our past history, we have a few contacts within the Royal Police. We could perhaps use them to get information where which transport with what cargo passes, and maybe even to secure that noone disturbs our, and with that I mean every group here, operations while we disburden them of some things.
Of course, we also have a large fleet of transports out there in space, which we could lend to you or which we simply can use to get you the supplies you need.
Sighing Marcus sits back before continuing "Although your thoughts on bringing the Outcasts into gallia to assist are....intresting, I would strongly advice against it, since our intel suggests they simply wish to poison our people with thier drugs and make us all dependant on them, which I am sure you will agree, is bad for all concerned" looking back to the member of the Buteur he continues "though crudely put, our representative from the Buteur is right, to long have we let the GRN sit complacently, dealing with each of us seperately. Only recently they attempted to distabalise the Dons of the Unione, ofcourse they failed, but the sheer audacity to even attempt such a thing has never been seen in many generations. To be blunt Mes ami's, we have become to soft." Continuing before any of the others can begin to argue "I know that may seem harsh but the mere fact that they are happily invading all of our terretories, when before they where scared to is simple proof that something has gone wrong. My solution is simple: We of the Corse will provide munitions, equipment, and ofcourse lifes great incentive, money, to all of you who are willing to begin systematic attacks on the GRN once again. Thier shall be additional pay outs for every successful GRN operation ruined, every GRN ship destroyed. Though we of the La brise and other Corse factions cannot openly be aggressive to the GRN we will provide you with intel when we aquire it, to help with yout strikes. This is my proposed basis for the alliance, which will hopefully lead to the GRN backing off on all fronts to consolidate well held territory, are thier any questions?" he asks, before leaning back, awaiting thier responces
The familly is always looking to grow, PM me for details and help us corrupt gallia one step at a time
"The moment you bring drug addicts into this house, is the moment the Council, and the Republique will make your lives hell. Sirians that come into Gallia from Reunion informed us that the Outcasts are nothing but drug peddling, drug lords. They might have fleets of capital ships, but whats to stop them from not having a secret agenda? Outside help from the Outcasts is a no, if you push the subject, the Republique will oppose this Alliance and walk out."
"With that said," He leaned back a bit once more and looked at everyone, except for the General of the Council Taskforce. "I'd like to remind people that civilians are not to be harmed in these operations. If we're going to be working together, we're not going to be killing civilians, or harming civilians in any way, shape, or form. We all remember the incident regarding a pilot whose not with us anymore." He said, his eyes finally resting on Quenneville, "If you want us to go through with this, we'll need certain things done as well. On the logical side, putting our posters and propaganda around places hopefully to undermine the crown even more."
Etien graciously accepted the wine that Bernard's Adjudant brought him, thanking him before pulling out the cork and taking a small swig.
"Though I'd rather not limit my targets, I'll agree to not harming civilians." He began, looking at Arthur. "However, unless they agree to give up the cargo, their ships will be destroyed. I'll have my pilots either bring the escape pods to a council base, or leave them near a tradelane."
"As for those Outcasts....we have no need of them. An entire nation of drug-addicts could hardly help us in any way, other than providing cannon fodder. And we would have to give them something in return. We cannot even guarantee that they wouldnt just attack us."
Turning to Marcus, Etien said "supplies of munitions and equipment would be most useful, I've caught one or two of my pilots eyeing your weapons hungrily. In return, I have something all of you may find useful."
With that, Etien pulled his computer pad from his jacket pocket, pressed a few buttons, and slid it onto the table.
A hologram appeared, displaying a list of items recently pirated by the Legion.
"I hope you can find that useful, mes ames. two hundred units of M.O.X. have yet to be redistributed, should the Council or Maquis need it to power your warships. Merely ask, and I shall have it brought to your nearest base."
With that, Etien reached forward, taking back the pad as the hologram shut off. He returned it to his pocket, and took another gracious sip of the wine.

Speaking of open aggression to the Royals, we of the Brigands could have a problem with that as well.
As you might know, we control a very large part of the unofficial market, which especially the Council uses.
Due to this, it might be bad for business if we openly attack the Royals, as they most possibly then would decide to not let us sneak in in their "blinded" spots.
On the other hand, it is known that the Brigands are divided into various groups.
With that i want to say that if a group of us attacks the Royals, we might be able to continue with our operations on the markets.
Of course we can still help you within military operations, provided that there won't be anything that could give away that we were there.
