Mission Outline: Investigation of 'Rotakia' piracy-activities, examining the extent of their influence and strength and finding their affiliates.
Mission Report:

Contact was established in Pennsylvania. Subject 'Rotakia-Gorduk' (further called 'G') explained their objective of cleaning up Sirius. Their hatred towards Liberty-forces is standard piracy level. 'G' arranged docking in Allentown Base for Pirate-ID. The goal from then on was to move to the Kepler system to get an Eagle, their main fighter. Contact was established to subject '[]StarScream[]' (further called 'S'). I am not sure who he exactly is, he seems to be a untagged member of the group. In the Kepler system, I purchased the Eagle, but due to a failure of the ***BLACK MARKER*** device, used for hacking reputations, I could not equip the ship properly. 'G' provided for this.
'S' spotted a trader (named ***BLACK MARKER***) traveling through the system, and blackmailed him for credits. He did not comply so 'S' and 'G' opened fire. I had no choice but to open fire too, however I kept damage to the ship to an absolute minimum, resulting in the successful dock of the trader on the local Freeport.
'S' and 'G' then lead me to their main base, Freeport 11 in the Omicron Delta system. The way went through the Alaska system, where we met heavy resistance from the Liberty Navy Guard. To not blow my cover I didn't transmit my Special Operations ID and choose to flee. In Delta, a sparring with bounty hunters was arranged. I didn't fight too hard and gave up after they almost shot me.
Under circumstancial pressure I was forced to take Liquid Cardamine, resulting in a lack of memory for the next few hours. When I came to my senses again, we were hunting for artifact weaponry in the Sigma and Omicron systems. The search, however, came out empty. We were lead by subject ***BLACK MARKER*** (further called 'O'), an Order operative. 'G' and 'S' left the group and I wandered around with 'O' for a while. Then I returned to Freeport 11 and took some sleep.
The next days, no contact to 'O', 'S' or 'G' could be established. I encountered no more Rotakias from this point on for all the duration. So I attempted to establish contact over a secure channel with ***BLACK MARKER***, my superior. I however learned, that he and other confidants were KIA. I waited for a few hours, bot neither 'O', 'S' or 'G' turned up, nor did I hear from any superior. My only choice was to contact a senior Navy officer, named David ***BLACK MARKER***. Contact was established and I briefed him on the mission and my situation. No promises were made but I was in good hope that I would not be killed or imprisoned at my return. I fled from Freeport-11 in a cargo ship and made my way to ***BLACK MARKER***, the ***BLACK MARKER***-division headquarters.
The ***BLACK MARKER*** division of the Liberty Navy approved my new identity and I am operating again, with no new assignment so far.
Conclusion:
Code:
The Rotkia have relatively low tech (Eagle so far) and there's no indication that this will change in the near future. Their numbers seem to be low, as I only encountered 'one and a half' individuals. As for now, the Rotakia pose no thread to either the Liberty space, nor the independent systems. However, as they are looking for new members, I recommend to put out a warning to all corporations active in Liberty and its adjacent independent systems, to flee on sight of the Rotakia or 'S'.
The Rotakia seem to be tied to the Corsair, the Order, the Xenos and the Zoners. Formal declaration of war is advised.

Agent Ronin;
Report to battleship Petersburg immediately. You will recieve instructions on your arrival as to the location of your debrief.
I cannot say at this time who will attend your debrief, except that a team of medical experts will meet you afterwards. Your injestion of Liquid Cardamine is disturbing, to say the least. At least it was diluted, or you wouldn't have been alive to make that report.
Ensure your memory is clear during your debrief, agent.
Good to hear from you. You cannot believe how relieved I am right now. As you can see I am on the Petersburg right now. Because I'm there with my new identity, I strongly recommend that I establish contact with you or any other superior officer, before you contact me. My new identity must not be known, it will end badly for me.
