Morning gentlemen or evening....is 't? Either way, I'm here to seek your approval for the usage of one RA-4 rogue gunboat. This tank of was once owned by a nifty little group of fleas who once resided in the liberty rogue faction, the, Blood Gurus. When I first took my heel face turn in the low life I had the bad luck of being pinned with a serious debt to this sub group. I was nearly forced into prostitution because of it. However, my big mouth mentioned my so called flight skills at the time, and it turns out they were a few short a pilot. To this day I still believe they saw through my lie and were only looking for a good laugh from watching my head explode in a vacuum. Thankfully I was lucky enough to survive the first few flights, hell I even had a knack for ship maintenance while I did my runs. They often paired me off with a group of lazybones cover for the orange whale as they made their last stretch for Manhattan.
Eventually I worked off the debt and even managed to buy myself a "chair" in the gunboat. Which is more over an undisputed fraction in the loot and profits the crew was set to make. Much safer than relying on the greedy habits of others. (This is like how some barbers rent a "chair in the barbershops for a set amount a week and keep whatever money they make from customers). While I was out fixin' the heap from corrosion when we busted our reactor sliding in Buffalo. The guys decided it would be best in [their[/i] interests to find another ship to work in and left me with the baggage. In a slew of poetic irony things took a turn for the worse for the rest of the Gurus, a few days later I got word of a little scrap at Manhattan between the Gurus another small time gang in Liberty turned deadly after they jumped the intended target of the other bunch, resulting in both gangs both losing out and being either shot down by one another or captured by police that popped up a bit later.....it's a shame really...oh well.
Since I was the last one from my ship, or, even better, the only one who could pay off the docking fees our ship had earned, the RA-4 is pretty much mine now. But now that I'm debt free for the first time in a long time I realized I ain't got much reason to stick around Libby, hell I wasn't even officially part of the rogues, just a kid that got caught along for the ride... I still plan to stay on the side of the Outcasts in this little war, cause, hell, I think half of Sirius is a bit much for a bunch of enemies, plus I got myself a pretty reliable group of contacts for work. Too bad they're all over. I can't really stick to one house. Not only that, my nomadic instincts and knack for "foreign policy" have earned me a pretty good level of respect for those who need a few things taken care off or a few loose ends tied up past the border. No CEO or henchman likes the idea of flying out to Omicron-54678 every weekend to bust a few heads.
While I might be a criminal and work for criminals I still don't judge, I also feel I should let you know and ask that I may use this ship beyond liberty under generic pretenses. Any action I make will be my responsibility and not reflect the craftsman of this boat.

So, you thought that you'd go ahead and just grab that boat without prior clearance? Sure sure, you inherited it. Not my problem. What is my problem is you flying around in one of my ships. Those shipyard salesmen in Terre Haute are stupid enough to sell them to anyone. It's a good thing that my crew is talented at repossessing. And never having been a real Rogue, and you think you're just going to fly that bird around Sirius, pissing on whomever's shoes you please? Not my problem, but it is going to cost you. Better make good on yet another debt, and this one will be a bit more expensive, I think. I want 75. Yes, once you've paid a fee of seventy five million credits to the Rogue armoury, I'll allow you to fly this ship. Another idiot with a gunboat.
Well...someone has a rather interesting idea about my person. I figured a little back story was in order just so you'd better understand my predicament. I haven't gone 'round shooting anyone as such yet with this hardware just yet, since it might look bad for the faction that modeled this can. However with all the humility I included in my last messages, I still get treated like some shrimp who's good for nothing but trouble. Maybe I'm being a bit too sensitive (// even as a player, maybe I'm tired from my double shift at work.) But I can't help but think your fee is somewhat personal, at least when reading that last line reading that last line. Perhaps I wasn't proper with my words, saying I wasn't part of the rogues. I never had an official ID and I mostly stayed with the Gurus, which were a small but known bunch of rogues in Buffalo, they, and I at the very least did pretty good for Buffy' together.... I might have stuck with 'em if they didn't get themselves messed up. But that doesn't matter when it comes to my attitude with unlawfuls like the Outcasts, mollys or even rogues, I definitely don't mind giving a hand with some dirty work in you guys benefits, even now. I may have not had all the papers. But my past actions should speak a bit louder than a name tag and red tractor beam. Either way, I don't mean no harm friend. I don't even have an issue with a second mortgage on the ship although I do wish we can renegotiate the numbers as that's nearly three times the price of the ship itself. If worst comes to worst, I humbly ask that you would at least think not of me as just some "idiot with a gunboat."

I don't want your tears, I want your credits. I'm not here to make friends, I'm here to run the Rogues and make sure that people like you don't cause me problems. Problems like flying around and perhaps someday making my crew look bad by shooting up the wrong ship. Even if that'd be the last mistake you ever made, which it would, I still want money. Call it insurance against the stupidity that I usually see out of gunboat pilots. And I think everyone is stupid until they prove me wrong. Fine, I've no time for you and your bother, make it 60 million. You're lucky I'm even considering it. Most of my own pilots aren't allowed to fly one.

I guess I forgot which side of the law I was on. Us both being outlaws I wouldn't expect you to be nothing less than quite a badass potty mouth, and I can't be guaranteed not to spay up Buffalo after having a few.... Sure, I'm not exactly one to give two craps about who someone was until they show me who they are either. Fine, you'll get your 60 million, and I'll get no lip from you or your rogue henchman as long as I "keep in line" or as long your buddies don't get jealous I'm flyin' in my tub while they're eating up shield batteries every time they get into a fender bender with an errant patriot.
Money has been sent.
