Hello, this is Miller, I would like for you to have a bit of a talk or something at least with your secondary fleet members, mainly concerning how trigger-happy they are.
This night me and my partner Andrew were hauling gold ore to Detroit Munitions, when we got to Manhattan we both agreed on testing out our new defense systems, after which we were warned to stop, even though we clearly stated what was going on, so we proceeded. The pilots however did not care, one of them Sean.Courtney went as far as to begin trying to destroy my ship, it is a BMM hegemon, luckily I was able to dock at Manhattan and save it, but when I got out, they accused me of breaking the law, I asked them which section so Sean.Courtney say 5.84. This was quite ridiculous as section 5 is for financial support, I told them this, but they insisted on keeping me captive at Manhattan for around half an hour, the pilots would give no reason as to why as well, Jacob.Beumont told ME to find the section of the laws I broke, instead of telling me which one I broke I repeatedly insisted on him telling me which law I broke, but he refsed to tell me, I was finally able to leave about half an hour later, only to find out that apparently I am now a wanted man for "running" from the cops, I would like to get issues like this resolved a lot more without the shooting. As Liberty could find resources from other houses more scarce if your secondary fleet pilots always act like this.
I'll get straight to the point - The charge that the officer failed to mention you were arrested for was Endangering the lives of civilians and later (after you failed to stop firing) Disobeying a direct order from a Navy officer.
Next time I suggest you heed the orders of any lawful forces in Liberty - Don't make any mistake, they're definitely orders not just suggestions you can follow if you choose to.
However this time I've had the charges dropped and purged from your criminal record.
