I am Marcus Commander of the OSC Liner Phoenix I have Been serving OSC For many Years and I have visited all houses Except Rheinland I would Like to give a Nice tour to the Pepole of Rheinland But because Of the war between LN and RM I find it Difficult So I am sending this request To The RM High Command For Letting My LuxuryLiner into Rheinland

You are free to travel inside Rheinland with your liner, there is no restriction to these vessels aside the embargo rules and procedures, which all traders have to follow. Note that OSC vessels are licensed to carry human cargo (organs and slaves discounted) between the Liberty-Rheinland border only.

Needless to say, due to your Libertonian origins, the Phoenix will be monitored and every order issued by a Rheinwehr or Bundespolizei officer has to be complied with.
