We, the Golden Chrysanthemums would wish to propose you an exchange of supplies. We would offer you H-Fuel and Cardamine, in exchange we would wish to ask for Light Arms, and maybe some components for shipbuilding purposes. We await your answer upon our propsal. Domo arigato for your time.

[font=Garamond]Hello to you, Golden Chrysanthemums. It's a pleasure to deal with you on such terms, which
we find to be completely agreeable. Should you find yourself in trouble in Liberty, you are
welcome to seek the aid of any Liberty Rogue. I'll send out orders that they are to assist in
deliveries.
Though our own Cassini will have need for most of the ship components that we acquire, any
unneeded parts will go to Kusari for your use. As our route to Malta is often waylaid in the Taus,
it will be useful to have another means of supplying Liberty with its Orange Dream.
While I'm sure that it is unnecessary to specify, my Rogues will not pirate any of your territory
while making these deliveries and exchanges, and I hope the same respect will be given while
on Rogue turf.
The Rogues look forward to further dealings with our sisters in Kusari.

Domo arigato for accepting our proposal. Of course, we will give you back every respect you give to us. And naturally, we understang that you may need many components for your own shipyards.
We hope, that noone of us will ever regret this deal.

I have just received worrying news, two of your vessels, namely the Homicidal.Librarian and the Tasty.Treat appear to have used our bases not only as a supply depot and a safe harbour. They have used them to attack vessels belonging to the Interspace Neuralnet Division, an organisation that has been aiding our cause more then once in the past, with large quantities of needed goods.
I do not care for your attacks on them, as long as they do not happen in our space. The problem is, as you, for sure can understand, that the Interspace Neuralnet Division will stop to supply us, if they see their ships and people in danger.
The thing I am requesting from you, is a simple one, tell your people to refrain from attacking ships belonging to the Interspace Neuralnet Division in our space. Whatever you do to them outside of it is not our concern.
Hm, quite int'restin', tho' mah Boys're tellin' me that they wer'n't usin' 'ny of ya Bases fo' that Trip. I know they're mostly drunk, but 'ven Ekky remembahs ev'ry Crap that happens to him bein' pissed.
May sound wei'd but guess one of ya Gals took too much Ca'damine.
"Who is it doing this synthetic type of alpha beta psychedelic funkin'?"
As I already mentioned, it "appears" that your vessels have been using our bases to commit those attacks. If this is not the chase there is one thing less that I have to worry about.
But I would still prefer that your vessels refrain from attacking the Interspace Neural Net Division in our space. The reasons for this were already mentioned in my previous message.

I'm taking myself the freedom of reminding you of the agreement we had. The interesting part has of course been highlighted.

[color=#33FFFF]To my understanding, that means that you would not pirat any vessel within our "turf" as you call it. It doesn't say you could do so if you're not using our bases. It says you will never do such a thing. Of course, i do not know if you have learned another language with the same words in another context, but i doubt so.
I would wish to recieve something that states that you will never do such a thing within our territories again, may it bethe head of the person who lead the attack, a blood-sealed promise, or simply a transmission of yours.

[font=Garamond]My dear, I can understand your concern, but considering the language in our agreement, nothing was
breached. No demands were made of the IND trader, and our stay was as brief as possible. No bases
were used, and no pilot aside from the IND himself was harassed. As the agreement specifies that we
will not pirate, and no pirating was done, I feel that this concern is misplaced.
The lives of my men are being taken, Okasan Matsumoto. Taken for sport to please the thirst for blood
from these same IND traders. I'll not allow them to fly un-harried while their tasteless mercenaries reap
destruction in my own home. Perhaps an agreement about such matters can be reached here, as they go
beyond and are not covered in our original agreement. I'm sure you know that we have a bounty on
these traders. Perhaps if your own girls were more inclined to take up this generous offer, we would have
no use for such incursions.

As it seems, we both have different definitions of piracy. For me, what you are doing is also covered within the terms of our agreement. I ask you once more to excuse your actions you've done here in Kusari.
And give us your word that this won't happen again. You have to understand, as much as i regret that your men are making their ways into the unseen lands, i also have to think about the reputation of us. And your actions definetly harm our reputation. Should we discover you're harming our reputation again here in Kusari, we will have to take the necessary actions against this.

Have you recieved any repercussions thusfar from the IND for our actions in Kusari against them?
Are the IND aware of your agreements with us at all?
I cannot assure you we will not pursue and destroy any IND we find floating in Kusari. I can however assure you that we will never enter Kusari with the express intention of hunting the IND, but if we are in Kusari on other business and happen to cross paths with one, we will not simply pass up the opportunity to strike back at them.
We will also never use your bases to harbour ourselves to hunt the IND, nor commit any actions that link the Chrysanthemums and the Liberty Rogues in their eyes.
