Alright ye' squaddie feckers... I got a bone teh' pick wit' ye' about this treaty ye' negotiated wit' Andy...
So far I ain't seen no good fer' the Mollys out o' it. We jump in teh' help ye' boyos against pirates an' Corsairs an' then when we call feh' help when we're protectin' your BMM feckers from pirates who got us outnumbered there ain't no help teh' be seen!
Ye' say we can make the miners pay feh' minin' licences an' then ye' post ships in the gold fields an' tell us we can't do it while ye' watchin'! We don't even hurt em' anymore! Jus' stop em' from minin'! Ye' still actin' like we're piratin' em'!
Ye' force us teh' leave them BMM feckers who enslaved the Molly people alone an' then do nothin' teh' stop em' minin' where they ain't supposed teh' be minin' an' mouthin' off at the Mollys!
Some o' ye' pilots still feckin' shoot at us even! Its like they don't even know theres a feckin' treaty! Sometimes even when we're fightin' alongside em'!
An' tha's not to mention tha' ye' still paying out teh' them Bounty Hunters who still hunt us feh' the feckin' bounty ye' put out!
Well unless I start seein' sometin' done teh' hold up ye' end o' the bargain' I say feck this treaty! I don't care what Andy says, I'll go back teh' spacin' ye' miners on a daily basis an' teamin' up wit' them pirates like the good ole' days an' see if tha' gets the message through better!
As it is I'm goin' teh' start spacin' any BMM feckers I find in the Molly field! An' any o' ye' boyos ask feh' help against them pirates I'll tink' twice about helpin' em'!
Nick O'Flannigan out!

3, As for the rest of your complaint, i am sure that if you took the time to enter into a discussion, without useing your usual language, a license fee should be asked from BMM miners. That way shooting each other can be avoided.

The Molly Republics dead now boyo, an' it has been feh' a while now. Any treaty ye' made wit' them is void. I'm talkin' about tha' treaty ye' made wit' Andy MacCeallach o' the Molly Separatists.
An' if ye' taken away the bounty, why're the feckers still tryin' teh' claim it off our heads? Ye' not made it clear enough to em'!
Ye' made this treaty so we could drive them feckin' Sairs' outa Dublin, an' I ain't saying tha's a bad ting'. Feckers need teh' learn their place.
But from the looks o' it from where I'm sittin' ye' treatin' it like sometin' tha's only meant teh' benefit ye' and ye' BMM lackeys. Like ye' usin' us as cheap an' expendable backup an' an' excuse teh' stop tha' guerilla war we was wagin' against ye' before the Joker o' all people stepped in. It makes me feckin' sick...
Mollys are a poor folk tanks' teh' ye' treatment o' us in the past an' when ye' promised we could get money legally from minin' licences in our home I was overjoyed! I taught' "Well Nick me' old boy, tings' is finally lookin' up feh' us Mollys! Squaddies are makin' a step in the right direction an' givin' us part o' what we owed!"
Little did I feckin' know tha' life would get feckin' harder! I'm makin' less than I was when I was makin' miners pay simply feh' me not teh' space em' an' I got teh' give em' protection inteh' the bargain now too! Not teh' mention tha' most o' em' are still too up their own feckin' arses teh' tink' teh' pay us! They still tink' we're tryin' teh' feckin' rob em' an' call feh' the squaddies or some feckin' merc or Bounty Hunter they hired!
An' tha's jus' the independant ones! Your BMM feckers have got this sudden feelin' tha' we can't touch em' cos' o' the armistice an' started minin' in the Molly field o' all places! I even caught one tryin' teh' sneak inteh' feckin' Derry' under the assumtion tha' the treaty made im' feckin' invincible!
If ye' want this teh' work out then ye' need teh' make sure the miners pay the Mollys our due an' remind your squaddies an' all them mercs ye' hired tha' we're in our rights teh' collect money feh' minin' licences. An' when we're doin' the job o' clearin' up them Sairs' or Pirates ye' need teh' make sure ye' actually come an' help rather than sittin' in the fields! Every day I see Mollys holdin' up their end o' the bargain when ye' squaddies or a miner call feh' help. But then when its a Molly shoutin' fer' backup, ye' ain't nowhere teh' be seen...
If it carries on like this then tings' is goin' teh' go back teh' how it was durin' the troubles... An' ye' definately don't want tha'...

Well Nick, i must admit, you got me on the first one. Ill change the memo to reflect the change in leadership.
As for the rest, miners fromm BMM operating in thier own fields are exempt from licence fees. If, however they are mining elswhere they should purchase a licence from you. At this point i would ask you send me a copy of one so i can check it.
And as for the Corsair threat in Dublin, i can assure you we take this very seriously indeed. Any BAF vessel, including the reserves, should assist in the removal of said creatures at all times. I will send a reminder to the reserve fleet regarding this. Also i will remind them of the ceasefire and ongoing negotiations with the Molly Seperatists. But please be aware that they are very busy dealing with the independant pirate activities as well as the noodlemunchers who come to play in the system as well. We cant be everywhere at the same time.
Running a system, as you now know, is not easy my friend. It will take time to get used to the nuonces involved in such an endevour. And i will restate that no bounty has been paid out by the Bounty Office for kills on Molly vessels.
Personally, i cant wait for the day that i can withdraw my forces from the Dublin system and that, i am sure, will happen one day.

If ye' want my suggestion boyo, ye' should send a reminder teh' the whole o' Dublin remindin' em' o' the Mollys rights an' the BAFs duty towards em' as part o' this treaty. Feh' a start I don't want no squaddies tellin' me I can't collect on them minin' licences jus' because hes watchin'. Its legit now after all.
Secondly I want them miners teh' understand tha' we ain't robbin' em' an' teh' mine in Dublin they need teh' buy a minin' licence from the Mollys on duty. Obviously some o' em' are jus' plain idiots an' won't listen, an' we'll deal wit' them, but the ones that ain't should be reminded so we don't see no trouble from em' or them mercs they hire.
An' lastly I want them BMM feckers reminded tha' they're on thin feckin' ice wit' us still an' we're still lookin' feh' the slightest chance teh' get some justice. I see even the nose o' one o' them minin' ships in the Molly field an' its gettin' blown the feck off!
