People of Gallia- your King speaks to you! With the day we breach vile Council's desperate stockades in Languedoc drawing ever nearer, we wish you to know why we are so adamant on reaching Sirius. You are all familiar with how their founders betrayed our people centuries ago, in Sol. They left us to die in our moment of need, thinking they no longer had any use for us. They were wrong. We survived, and over seven glorious centuries, you, the people of Gallia, have taken certain doom and from it forged Gallia, the most powerful kingdom in the history of man! We have endured, we have prospered, and we have done it because we do not abandon our own like the betrayers did so long ago. The Crown rules to protect its subjects, the great people of Gallia, leading them rather than abusing them. You are our greatest achievement, and we treasure you, our beloved sons and daughters.
The betrayers do not share these ideals, these notions so fundamental to the well being of the people. When they arrived in Sirius, they made empires for themselves, using the people to drive their machine, rather than driving the machine for the people. The corporations held the governments hostage, leading the people to their doom in the name of the prosperity of the moment. They learned nothing from Sol, and carried on their wicked ways. We, however, are not so naive. We have kept the people close to our hearts, as our beloved children, and built a future for you. The struggles of the moment are difficult, no one can doubt that. But we have a plan for you, all our children.
We see before us a sector ravaged by war and despondent to the cries for help of its people. In Liberty, the police are run for profit and round up those most in need of their protection for use as slaves. In Rheinland, those who once brought them from their initial oppression are branded traitors and terrorists by the new oppressors. In Kusari, social progress is stagnated by the demands of Samura, a company that has purchased the goverment's body and soul. All the while, Bretonia leaves its people to die in squalor and despair on Leeds, choosing ruin for their citizens rather than admitting defeat.
At first, we could not believe this was true. Surely the rulers of Sirius could not be so irresponsible- so cruel- as to allow the sector to come to this. We sent our daughter Aurelia to pierce the veil and learn what must be done. She has seen with her own eyes that it is all true. The people of Sirius cry out for help, but no one answers. This cannot stand.
The betrayers tried to destroy us, and failed. They tried to make a new paradise in Sirius, and failed once more. They are unfit to rule, and every moment they stay in power, more people suffer in vain. We are going to oppose them as we did seven hundred years ago, and take a stand for those left behind. The people of Sirius are our brothers, abandoned to death and despair by the betrayers just as we were. As people of Gallia- nay, as humans- we are obligated to bring them into the fold, to protect them from the betrayers.
That is what we have labored towards for so long. Noble sacrifices are made every day to bring us closer to this moment- the moment when we release the people of Sirius from their shackles and give to them the greatness that is Gallia! We shall purge the festering cancer devouring them from the sector, and cleanse them of its taint! No more shall the betrayers be able to abandon the human race to its fate! They shall be made to pay for their crimes, and all of humanity will know peace at last!
That, our treasured subjects, is why we must endure! Why we cannot tolerate Council's lies! Soon now, we shall have one last war- one final war- and with it end suffering for all eternity! WE SHALL HAVE PEACE AT LAST!

If your character is not from Gallia, then do not post here. This message is addressed to the Gallic people, not the Sirians
Maurice sat calmly in the mahogany chair at his ornate desk. Before him were stretched parcels and letters with various seals and marks on them. The corners of his mouth turned up as the broadcast came to a finish that could only be described as a crescendo. Throughout the Renaissance, even with the plated walls, he could hear the roar of the crew. He sat still, listening to what they shouted with blind fanaticism,
"All hail the King! All hail the King! All hail the King! All hail...."
"THE HULL HAS BEEN BREACHED AND THESCIENCEIS LEAKING OUT!"
Sacha looked up in irritation as the Chateau de Kibble's intercomm system was seized by a transmission from the King. She listened to his words, nodding along with his declarations, yet still slightly miffed that the King couldn't simply boradcast via the Neural Net instead of Hijacking the systems of her, and no doubt here other Royalist ship in Gallia.
Elria sat on the bridge of the courtesan, her finger tapping the armrest as the transmission played. Once it was finished, she whispers, "vive, le roi" and goes back to her paperwork, while her crew take up cheers of "Vive, le charles, vive, le roi, vive, le gallia!"
While eating lunch at the Beuvray's canteen, Pauline is able to see the Kings speech on one of the monitors broadcasting the transmission. She nods smiling, knowing that she is fighting for the right thing.
Luiz Lanzerath was walking in the Hall ways of Dijon Station. He notice a huge crowd on the Conference Auditorium where people could not fit - rubbing on each others shoulders. He nodded and guessing what is happening. He walked away to his dorm and had 1 new message waiting to open. Message Topic states "King Charles Speaks!" He sat on his chair, and open it up on the transparent glass monitor. After doing so, he suddenly touch the "Play >" button. And the message plays...

"... The matter isn't about what's right and what's not. The matter is what is most effective for us. Now you would say that the Council wants an egalitarian society where everybody could live peacefully... Bla... Bla... Bla" Aubert took a deep breath before continuing. "Only a fool would want to ensure the 'equality' in a 20-billion-people society... or more. This has been the root of all problems, and people have been stupid enough to lose their lives fighting for this 'just cause'. The ideals of the Council have been dragging our society into a slow and painful death. But we -the people who are proud to serve the Crown- are here to stop it. We will crush the Council. About the Sirians? Pardon, but I haven't enough time. I have to go mon ami!"
Aubert left the apartment and moved through the streets of Nevers' capital city.
