Most of the times when your ship is stuck because it cannot properly undock from a station, you need to use /stuck a few times to get it clear from wherever it is stuck at. Just keep using /stuck until you are clear.
If you've planet docked a ship that is FAR too large to use planetary mooring (the ship's description will carry a warning on this) then you should read those descriptions more often;)

/stuck should work in most situations, just spam it until you're free. Next time, remember not to dock oversized capital ships with small stations, rings and just cruise and go to a bigger base instead.
