Howdy. Name's Harold Kane, Taskmaster of the Vagrant Raiders. Our high command was informed that... oh, five of our pilots were attacked by a few of your RHA vessels -- Petrucci has informed me that their names are Adolph and Jonas Hessler. That's not the part that disturbs me the most though. The part that does disturb me is that your vessels teamed up with the West Rheinland Fleet, a Rheinweir division. Yes, that's right. Your men are working with the Rheinweir.
Now, we'd like at least a little apology for the attack, for we really don't know each other that well... and we have no reason to be fighting with you. Hell, we even signed a little ceasefire with your allies, the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army.
I know what you're thinking right about now. You're thinking, "But you smuggle Cardamine, and that's bad!"
We haven't smuggled cardamine for... oh, I'd say close to a month. We don't need to smuggle it. Bretonia doesn't want it, Rheinland doesn't want it, Kusari doesn't want it, and we don't want Liberty. Obviously, the Corsairs... *spits* don't want it, and we don't want them. So we're not drug peddlers. We're pirates trying to make a damn living out in the Omegas.
Could we at least not shoot each other and focus on shooting the Corsairs and the Rheinweir? Please?
First * point his shoulder * I am Adolph Hessler the commandant of Omega district.
You just hurted our territory.
In our datas you are libertonian smugglers with close relation with Outcasts,
and it must be correct because I see myself you used Outcast technology.
When I made patrol route and I saw you shot rheinlanders and asked
"What is going on" no real respond arrived just a "We talk about it later"
so do not be surprised on my "answer"
RHA never asked help from Outcast ally, we are handle Corsairs well without you.
Because your goals not clean we must think you maybe spying for Outcasts.
I hope I was clean.
And about Coalition, that is our own business what deal we make them.
Hessians are independent from them we just cooperating, because we have similar goals.
Untill Herr Meisner do not change, there is feuer frei on you.
Nemo me impune lacessit. We can be easy to get along with when you don't start by insulting us in a matter that outranks you by at least three levels.
I've seen your kind before, Yanovski. And I know that your superior officers are not the same as you. They're reasonable. They're intelligent. They're not prone to insulting people three sentences into a conversation.
And they are the ones the Taskmaster is calling on. Not you.

Guten abend.
Let me start by mentioning that you sent this message to a public comm node, and had it transmitted across all Red Hessian Army frequencies. I see a couple of my soldiers already decided to respond to you, explaining what their standing orders are.
Allow me to elaborate further: The last time I had to deal with your group, I had to pull crucial forces from Omega-7 to ensure that you don't poison my Vaterland with your drugs and your dealings with the corrupt police force that is claiming to "protect" Neu Berlin. You had caused me a lot of annoyance during those few days those few months ago, and a lot of material losses on another flank.
Now you reappear in the western Omega systems in the middle of a large political crisis which already cuts into our supply lines, immediately take sides and proceed to parade what I can only describe as a reckless war fleet around my patrol routes, attracting even more Corsair barbarians from the Omicron Eta front straight into my territory! The Outcasts are too weak to keep them properly busy on their front, how many of my men will die trying to fix your mistakes when another Corsair fleet decides to roll through Omega-5 you think?
Now I have no idea what your reason for being here is, and quite frankly it all looks incredibly fishy to me. But I know one thing: every time I see or hear about your group in my space, trouble quickly follows. We've enough problems with the traffic flow between Cambridge and Stuttgart suffering an increased Military presence as it is, and we don't need you to stir the pot further, definitely not right now. We'll handle the Corsairs, and if you want to play ball then you'll stay away until Freeport 1's lockdown is over.
Then you can prove to me that you no longer mean any trouble for the Red Hessian movement, and we can maybe discuss a cease fire.

Guten tag, mein herr.
I'm going to put this as plainly and as blunt as I possibly can. We are not Outcasts. We do not ship Cardamine into or out of Rheinland, we have NO dealings with the Rheinland Federal Polzei, and we REALLY don't want to have an effect on your... effects.
We are here to defend the Zoners, for they have given us refuge in exchange for nothing. We are not here to infringe on your territory, herr Brigadegeneral. We simply wish to protect the Zoners and our allies, all the while making new friends. We were originally hoping that we could count on you as a friend, but it looks like that ship has jumped to cruise.
I re-iterate: We're not dealing drugs in Rheinland space. Nor in any other space, for that matter. We supply our allies with necessary elements for life. We would gladly help you out, you know. We're not bad people. We do not wish to cause you problems, but until this crisis is solved, leaving the western Omegas would fall under the category of deserting allied forces, something that it is written that a Vagrant Raider never does.
Oh, and one more thing. This transmission has been sent directly to the Oberkommando. To prevent intrusions... from both sides.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go fling a shoe at mister Radley.

I have a long memory Herr Kane. You say you've changed, but I see no proof, I only see machinating the Zoners into letting you smuggle Cardamine through Baffin without restrictions. I'm sure you'll deny the accusation, neither do I have any proof to back it up, but that's not the point.
The Red Hessian Army as a rule does not consort with organisations friendly to the Outcasts. We know Outcast machinations and their constant attempts to sneak spies close to us. They are using this political crisis to sneak more people into the Omega systems, I have had reports by my people of many more actual Outcast sightings than usual ever since the conflict in Omega-3 started. I'm not about to allow them free access to supplies in the form of your forces operating behind Hessian lines.
Unless you deliver us proof of your unconditional state of conflict with the Outcast empire, I am afraid we will continue with our current policy, as well as - should you further refuse to halt operations in Omega space as requested - share all our information about your group with the SCRA so that they can take their own conclusions.
This will polarise and dissolve the organisations who have sworn to protect the Zoners, so decide carefully.
