really simple question

can a freelancer player, with a freelancer ID use any ship, despite the ship faction, or just civillian ones ?

If it's a white cell in the tech chart then you have to ask the appropriate faction leader of the official faction associated with the ship. If the cell is green then go for it. If it's red then it require a Special Role Play application but the process is closed. If it's any other colour of the rainbow then it's getting too complicated.....
