Greetings Legion des Damnes. Greetings Lord Mareshal Enzo. My name is the Joker but your country I'm known as Le Jokeur.
First [color=#9999FF]I tried contacting those Council guys but I'm guessing someone shot the postman before he reached his destination. More than a week ago or so me and my thugs were bored so we ventured deeper into Gallia. We didn't meet much people over there and we certainly didn't expect that we get a friendly welcome in the first place. Got hit pretty hard by GRN patrols so we found ourselves in need of repairs. Valence Base was the closest friendly facility so we docked over there to have some rest and to have a lunch. Waitresses were nice, restaurant had a pretty reasonable prices and toilettes were so damn clean and shiny. Classy.
Half an hour later, when all that cheese cake already calmed in my belly, your guys showed up. Vulpe and Danielle Neville were their names. They were real friendly and they greeted us with repsect. That's when your name came up Lord Enzo. Before I even wanted to visit Gallia, the existence of you people was unknown to me. All I knew about were local authorities and the Council. Mr. Vulpe gave a me history tour of your country, shared some rather interesting informations I wasn't aware off.
I run a small organization and we're specialized in causing havoc for no particular reason. Expansion into your domain seems quite interesting but having no friends out there isn't smart. Your organization seems it has a lot of potential. Yes, this is an offer of cooperation.
You'll provide us with toys, which we are to use within your territory only, and in return - we'll kill people who annoys you. Pretty simple, isn't it?
Frankly, I'm not, in any way, attached to your cause. I couldn't care less about it nor do I expect that you care about mine. What really matters is that your enemies would be mine and, by working together, we'd get closer to what we all want. My word is my everything. You'd soon realize that having me as a friend is quite useful. You don't like outsiders much? Trust me, you're gonna like my eternal smile and my Sirius-imported jokes.
What say you, Legion des Damnes?
Are we to become friends?
Here's. My. Card.

[END OF TRANSMISSION]
My men have already told me about you - you're a very interesting man indeed. And you make me an interesting offer aswell...
Mon ami, you've come to the right people. The past events have given me headaches. I have been lieing in a damned coma for over 3 months, my bevoled lady is either dead or gone and my favourite ship has some scars on it - oui, maybe some jokes could cheer me up.
I hereby accept your offer. You can dock, drink and sleep on every Brigand base. But before....
Bien, you have already seen Valence. That's where we will meet - we'll have some bottles of wine, some warm frommage, I'll call over some putes for our entertainment...I think you will like it.
Oh - and one more thing. I am not Mareshal anymore - it's just a reminder of the times when I still served in the Royal Navy. Now, I'm just Lord. Lord Enzo du Sable.
Greetings and salutations, [color=#33CC00]Legion des Damnes. Hello, [color=#33CC00]Lord du Sable. It is I... Le Jokeur, also known as Le Jockeresque, a-haha-haa.
Lot of time has passed and some things had changed. We use to be so distant and we're distant no more. I've heard of your presence in Leeds the other day. The smiles was wiped off our faces for we couldn't help you with your predicament. I'll be sure to send flowers and a box of cheese to the families of each casualty you've suffered.
We're different now. We're The Ministry of Ban. We go around and Ban people's minds. The Force of Ban is what drives us within. Perhaps that's hard to comprehend for now du Sable, but I'll be sure to give you all the details on my next visit to your country of silly accent.
Let us strengthen our friendship and form an active cooperation. Let us bring closer together The Ministry and your mighty Legion. Think about it.
Actually the Legion could use your services very well - notify me when you reach one of our bases.
Then, I can give you more details - as you can give me. It may include some of our favourite activities.
And don't worry, there were no casualties at that event, just a few broken hulls.
I trust you still know the way to our beloved Gallic lands.
A bientôt, Jokeur....
