Guten tag Mr. Sheppard. My daughter Josephine has informed me of her conversation with you about the opportunity to transport Cobalt or Silver Ore for us. I am so glad your wonderful company is interested. Here is my proposal to you.
1. Price for Silver Ore is 4500 per unit.
2. Price for Cobalt Ore is 4000 per unit.
3. Payment is made upon transfer of the ore.
4. Times for pickup is 1200 (8am) or 2300 (7pm) SMT. I just need to know the days your transports will pick up the ore and how much per pickup and how many times per week. Usually twice per week is good.
The storage capacity of Jurgen Mining & Freight is 23, 500. However, that is about to be increased by 5k.
I know that this will be beneficial for both our companies. I wait for your response.

Guten tag Herr Jurgen,
I am sorry that technical difficulties cut our previous conversation short.
I have been working with Herr Richter and the rest of our sales team. We find your prices to be agreeable and are excited by our future partnership.
We have a few questions though. Will ore pick-up be limited to only the days specified or will we be able to schedule impromptu pick ups? To be paid in full each time, of course. Will we be able to vary our scheduled pick ups? Specifically, will we be able to increase or decrease the amount of ore we purchase based on available transports?
Third, are the times you listed the only pickup times that are available? Also, please check your clock, I am not quite sure how 1200 is 8am.
If some of these details can be ironed out, I am sure we will enjoy a mutually productive relationship.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for your patronage,
Jessie Shepard

1. No/Yes. You may contact me anytime if you would like to schedule times or while you are transporting other goods you may contact me then also. The hard dates and times are so you are guaranteed ore. I will ensure that the ore is there and ready for your transports to pickup. I cannot guarantee that if you just 'pick up the phone' so to speak and contact me.
2. Varying pickups will make things difficult. If it is spur of the moment. Tell me what days and times will be best for you and we can work something out. Plus or minus a few hours to compensate for time differences.
3. If you ask for 'X' amount of ore to be ready I would hope you would have enough transports available to pickup the ore. If at the time of your arrival for the ore transfer you do not have enough transports you can only hold the amount your ship are able. You may comeback and pickup the rest or not however.
4. The clock. The times of 1200 SMT and 2300 SMT are good for me. // oorp(8am and 8pm) for me.
This is what I will do for you. Give me dates and times that will be the best for you and the type of ore and how much. I will have it ready for you. I will do my best to be available on that day and more specifically the times we agree upon. I know we are all very busy, but if we can hold to specific dates and times the delivery of the ore will be easier to make.
