Konbanwa Guildmasters...
It has come to my knowledge that one or more of your ships have opened fire upon one of my own...
This matter troubles me since we fight a mutual enemy, not so long ago I personally assisted your pilots in a fight against the Outcasts in Tau-23...
We haven't marked an of your ships as a target... yet... because none of our contractors offers a bounty on you people... But things can change guildmasters... So far we have been nothing but peaceful towards your ships, but if any of you opens fire on one of my pilots again you'll see how unpleasant we can be...

Dear Mrs. Yuka Kaizoku,
Fist of all, I would like to apologize for not receiving your original transmission. Its quite hectic out here and sometimes the paperwork can slip through the cracks.
Secondly, Allow me to think you for your help with the outcasts. As a Matter of fact, I myself have held conversations with your own and am very pleases at our relations thus far.
However, Before I can reply in complete confidence regarding my responce to this accusation, and before any actions can be taken, I would like you to tell me what exactly happened.
You happen to have no evidence of this event, no location as to where it happened, and you don't even have the name of the accused vessel.
Custom dictates that I must have at least some form of evidence of this situation occurring before I can do anything about it. As it stands, I don't even know if its one of my men you are talking about, and not the IMG's (as this conversation was directed to them as well.)
Please forward all information you have of this event, I and will get back to you promptly. You have my word.
Yours truly,
Roger Sterling, Director of Foreign Affairs, ICMG

Konnichiwa mister Sterling...
I myself still need to receive more details on this case, our pilot who was attacked is currently on a patrol and I prefer to talk to him face to face instead of a long range transmission.
I doubt that he managed to gather any evidence since he was to suprised about this sudden attack, however what happened, happened, I didn't call for you to request that you punish the culprits for this, I was merely warning you... If it happens again... then we -will- take measures and mark all your ships as targets of opportunity.

Konnichiwa again mister Sterling...
My own pilot has returned from his patrol and told me about the details, I am uploading the voice recording to you now.

I was flying my new bomber to Kyushu, since scanners reported a Hunter in the system. I get there, find the Hunter, and he runs to Java! Few moments later, an ICMG Zephyr thing comes out of Java, and starts threatening me with death and everything. So then this Outcast shows up, we all chase after it, and an ICMG Hydra end up killing it, despite what everyone else was sayin. So I jump back into 23, and they all start yelling about how I was back, and open fire!
So I decide I ain't doing this ****, so I fly back to Kyushu under their fire. And that's when I found a Tridente then I then collected on a few minutes later

Dear Mrs. Yuka Kaizoku,
I have already informed all my pilots, by means of a general memo, that there is to be NO shooting of Kaizoku ships. I find it highly delightful that there exists a group of pilots in TAU-23 who do -not- shoot at my miners for once. I see no reason why we should change that now.
Also,
It is highly disturbing that one of the captains of our colony ships would act in such a manor.
Could you possibly get me the name of that zephyr?
Yours truly,
Roger Sterling, Director of Foreign Affairs, ICMG

Konbanwa,
I'm afraid my subordinate didn't catch the name of the Zephyr capital ship, neither did he pay much attention to it because he was confident that the ICMG only has one Zephyr class capital ship.
Once again, this is a mere warning and we are not interested either the culprits get punished or not.
