Well, white cell tech can be granted both in RP and out of RP.

You need the faction's permission to have such. What can be ooc too, so if they agree on that you stole it, it's all right.

Contact Tommeh, Rodent or Orley (in PM and OORP way with proper explanation) for permission. Also note only mercenary ID is white to Order tech, Freelancer ID isn't.
