Junk. I'm a congressman if that counts for anything. The deputy arbiter also pronounces it that way (unless I somehow misheard him).

I think they meant Junkers as in "junk". (Yes, go whine about it Junker players.)

I am guessing in your language "j" can be pronounced as a "y"?

Anything I say is not intended as offensive, and to try and deliberately misinterpret it as such would be an attempt at trolling via misrepresentation.

It's not a conspiracy, it's localised bias. They're not intelligent enough to form a conspiracy.

try pronouncing 'yemand' from german. same thing. and tbh, the closest pronounciation of 'j' as i read it is 'yeh', and im actually serious about this.

not a 'jay' (if that makes sense). but thats my language, not german.

That is what I was asking.

Whether the letter "j" is pronounced as a "yey" or "yeh" sound, as opposed to a "jay" sound.

Either way, answered.

Junkers have nothing to do with neither "Junkers" or "Junker", as far as I know.
They are being called "Schrotties" in the german version, which suggests, since "Schrott" can be translated as "junk/scrap" in english, that they actually mean "junk" as scrap-metal etc.

So they aren't pronounced "yoonker" or "joonker" or something.
Mh...I think we had this discussing before...
