Locked JG in Lorraine

So, if you look here, you see that there is a Sealed Jump Gate in the Lorraine system.

Yet, if you look at the 4.86 system map, there's no system connecting to it. Is this an oversight?

EDIT: I stand corrected, it is not a jumphole connection, yes i am curious about this?

I actually heard one in-game rumour (either at the Guard station or at one of the Gallic BSs) that they have to re-activate the jump gatee to Artois to move fleets from Burgundy to Lorraine. I had been sure that the JG would be connected to Artois until I saw that it wouldn't (when the 4.86 map was released). There Lorraine and Artois are connected via jump holes. So no idea for now.
