If you want to use this for Disco, don't.
Submissions made with this program aren't accepted by Igiss and the other devs.
It fiddles with the order of the ini files, which isn't a massive problem but it can be extremely annoying.
Use FLExplorer for Disco related system work.
Then spend more time fixing the bugs Explorer makes >.<
The main thing is that it rewrites the entire INI files, instead of just making the neccesary changes - and in the process making the file much harder to read to the human eye. This is also a major pain in the rear when trying to track differences to files. You could use this app - but you'd then need to go back and only add the changes to the existing file to do so, if you want those changes to be considered.

In terms of FLExplorer.
If you are say, positioning non-spherical exclusion zones (IE tunnels, through a minefield maybe) it has a habit of rotating them incorrectly.
So while it looks perfect in FLExplorer, most of the tunnels are rotated vertically, so you end up with no connecting paths etc.
It also has issues with rotating station components. It may look fine in Explorer, it may be upsidedown in the game.
Small bugs but a pain nonetheless.
One small thing is the double line break.
All the ini files that are used in Disco, however small, have no double line breaks in them.
That means text is written like so
without the gap inbetween these two lines.
Explorer does this: Text has a nice
big gap between seperate objects.
It can be easily fixed by running /r/n/r/n through the advanced search and replace function in Notepad++ and replacing it with /r/n.
Or it may be /n/r, I haven't used it in a bit.
In any case, if you want to get into developing systems and the like, contact one of the more prominent developers around or myself, we'll help you out if we can.
