The story:
Dr.Tommy Chong sits on the back porch of his luxurious apartment overlooking Honshu City. The wounds he recieved from the explosion of the Ciro have healed, but he still has his aches and pains. "Glad thats overwith', he thinks to himself. "I cant believe they all bought it.".
He laughs to himself, "Man, Life is good.". He sits back, and watches the sun slip down, drifting slowly to sleep. Light slowly retreats into darnkness, and the stars begin to flicker in the night.
The Comm flashes. Startled, Dr.Chong leaps from the chair, knocking over his bong. He swears loudly and answers the comm. He flicks on the comm screen. Before him is a face of a man he has not seen since his escape from Bretonia.
"Allo Laddy." A serious tone.
"You....You where never supposed to call me.....".
"Shut up and listen lad..."
"Hey man...you dont need to..."
"I said listen to me lad, its for yeh own good that I called ya. Yeh bettler turn that TV of yours on...I'd be watchin the news right about now.".
Chong reconizes the danger in the voice and turns on his TV.....

For the last month, the CNS News service has been covering the events that unfolded surrounding Dr. Tommy Chong. Dr.Chong is infamous for his flight from Bretonian authorities.
The CNS has uncovered startling new information regarding the medical marijuana research that Dr. Chong has been conducting. As you may recall, Dr. Chong was accused by the Bretonian government of dealing with outlaws and smugglers, profiting from his research.
The CNS has obtained undenieable evidence that shows that Dr. Chong is in close affiliation with the Molly pirate group, the Union of Gold. The UoG is well known throughout the galaxy for its resistance to Bretonian rule, and its strong ties to the Outcast Smuggling rings.
We have a video that shows a secret undergound growing facility found recently by Bretonian authorities. This video shows Dr. Chong in a meeting with well known members of the UOG, as well as members of several other galactic organized crime rings. The video clearly reveals that Dr. Chong has been selling large quantities of high grade synthetic marijuana, which have at least three times the normal THC level, on the black market. Judging from the size of the facility, Bretonian Police officials say that prices could range from 5-8 hundred million per crop.
This information has come to you first on CNS news. And on to other news, The liberty Police arrested a man today for running naked through downtown liberty, when questioned, police say the man was deranged and a danger to soc.... One second folks......This just in...... we have just recieved word that the Kusari Government has only moments ago issued an arrest warrant for Dr. Tommy Chong.....sources say that the Kusari government is outraged at this new information. The govenor of Honshu is being led away from the Capitol building by Kusari State Police. There is no confirmation of this from the Kusari Gonvernment...
There are additional reports that the Famous bounty hunter.......".

Dr.Tommy Chong runs for the launch pad outside......an outlaw in Sirius once again.
After working with UOG leadership, we now have a route in place. No official start time as of yet, again as we want to maximise the oppurtunity for player participation.
The route will be: Sigma19-Sigma13-New Berlin-Stuttgart-Omega7-Omega3-Cambrige-New London-Dublin-Londonderry
Core Ships Involved:
1 transport ship full of Synthetic Marijuana. This ship will aslo carry 10 million (this will probobly be increased as we get closer to event date) in CC's, to make it a nice juicy Target
1 Unarmed Fighter, this will be Dr. Chongs "getaway" vehicle
Any Class of Fighter or GB will be allowed to escort Dr. Chong. Any other class of Capitol Ship must be approved by myself or Hyperion.

In all seriousness, though...with Dr. Chong's Outcast contacts, and with him passing through Rheinland, that means he might could use a Hessian escort, ja? We are small in number, but determined and all that good stuff. I can arrange for an RHA escort of a gunship, a bomber, and a couple of fighters. Or all fighters. Regardless of force composition, we could meet you in the Sigmas and escort you as far as the Omegas. Well, depending on how much the Outcasts care about this. RHA has no interaction with Mollies; but some Outcasts helped to defend Vogtland not long ago, so we owe them.
I'm not sure if the QCO will participate; I've spoken with Unselie, and she's just not sure as of yet. I, or one of the higher-ranking QCO members, will keep you apprised of our participation (or lack thereof).
The NLH have been neutral with Mollies for awhile - neutral as in, not attacking them - but I don't think Gaians are going to be helping Mollies in this one.

Naturally it's hard to plan definitively for something so far in the future, but I will make every effort to be involved. I expect that I will also be able to donate some credits for the participants' payments; not sure how much right now, but something in the tens of millions.
Also, this time perhaps a Junker pirate cruiser could make arrangements with Dr. Chong to escort him. I've had this thing for a while now and haven't had any good RP PvP action with it at all. Perhaps the Junker Cruiser could confront Dr. Chong as he leaves Kusari and gets bribed with synth marijuana to help out instead of attacking.

That could make things interesting Xoria, as the Mollys, Outcast and Hessians have announced roles in the event as well. I'll PM you with all the details and Idea's.

I just wanted to update that my cruiser is probably going to be decommisioned before this event takes place. However, the Junker Sinbad will still be piloting a gunboat that can be a serious threat to transport class vessels of all types. He wouldn't mind trying to pirate the entire Dr. Chong fleet at once, and then being bought off to fly as an escort or go elsewhere. I am thinking he could stage a confrontation right as Dr. Chong enters Sigma 13.
