ID: [color=#FFFFFF] Vorsitzender Gustav Albrecht To: IMG Command Subject: Transfer Confirmation
I just confirmed the transfer with our accountant, Kruger thanks you! We are glad that this could be handled diplomatically and hope that IMG will attempt to have it's members do the same next time, we are sure they will. We look forward to forging a much stronger and closer relationship with the Independent Miners Guild and feel that both companies have a lot to offer.
We are curious about any progress on an Omega 7 Treaty? Kruger could possibly set up a meeting between Daumann, IMG, ICMG, and Kruger. If there are any other factions that should or would like to attend, please let us know. As we all know Kruger knows what it's like to be left out.
Even though these meetings often strain and test our relationship, it shows me that Kruger and IMG have a will to work things out. I feel this will provide much room for growth for both companies.

Herr Albrecht, You seem to have missed the point that I have made to Kruger in the past.
The Treaty of omega 7 is a Daumann - IMG pact, designed to solve an issue that both groups were a part of. Kruger was not a part of the problem, and thus to streamline the resolution of the issues, was not involved. As it stands, with the exception if this incident, we've had minimal problems with Kruger in the past, and therefore the creation of more commitments seems detrimental to both our organizations.
The fastest way to get an accord of your own, is to do something extremely detrimental to the Independent Miners Guild, such as attacking our mining vessels with no provocation. Otherwise, It would appear that the only need for any agreements is because you feel left out.

First is first, Kruger asks IMG command to meet and decide ONE central point of view. This flip flopping, difference of direction is starting to get quite annoying. And excuse me herr, I have missed nothing.
We understand why the original treaty was made, and we already have stated we understand we were unable to take part of said treaty. But when your lawyers drafted the "Treaty of Omega 7", they should have worded it more carefully. If you would like to rename that specific treaty to the "Omega 7 Daumann and IMG Treaty" be my guest. Times change and our lawyers have consulted us, we see that treaty as null and void considering it cannot be the "Treaty of Omega 7" when ignoring Kruger Minerals.
No, Kruger was not a part of the problem then, but IMG seems to be the problem now. This is so frustrating, considering I thought this was handled by your organization actually quite well. It pains me to see that obviously IMG did not all agree. Is there open rebellion inside IMG? It would be nice to know if the Acting IMG Director had the blessing of Director of Defense, and vice versa.
And considering I feel now that you have been sleeping or paying no attention what-so-ever, I will try to summarize this for you. IMG attacked a Kruger ship, Kruger asked for compensation. IMG agreed, so now that situation was taken care of Kruger requested that the treaty be re-written so that to include Kruger and to prevent these incidents from happening again.
Treaties do not get written only when IMG gets attacked, that is quite arrogant. We asked for the treaty to be re-written because WE were attacked by YOU. Herr Matterson I suggest you speak to your acting director, because he ALREADY agreed to work with Kruger on a treaty. So has Daumann, and ICMG, I feel that you are out of the loop.

You fail to have grasped my point. The treaty will not be rewritten, or renamed, and a new one can be drafted between Kruger and the IMG. If, at some point, because of actions by Daumann, or the IMG, the Treaty needs to be rendered void, then I should think that Kruger would not want to go through additional legal consternation if that should occur.
If the Guilds leadership's message was not properly communicated, then let me reiterate. The Independent Miners Guild is more then willing to agree to any mutually beneficial agreements with Kruger, however, we wish to keep our agreement with Daumann separate, due to the legal nature of such agreements. Additional clauses would be much harder to add then it would be to make agreements separately, which I assume is something that both our legal departments would like to avoid.

Fine fine, we will invite the ICMG, IMG, Daumann, and Kruger, and we will discuss a completely new treaty, which in my opinion is re-writing the "Treaty of Omega 7" but I fear this conversation is turning into an argument of semantics. Realizing that I started it, I will also put a stop to it.
Whatever you want to call it, Kruger has repeatedly now asked for a treaty to be written. An old one, a new one, I really don't care, one that includes Kruger. We want a documented agreement that all lawful organizations in Omega 7 will attempt diplomacy before reverting to violence in disagreements. Violence does nothing but inhibit all of our goals. And I thought we already were told that this was in the works, I was simply asking for an update.
You fail to see my point, see how Kruger has one unified speaker, one voice. It is hard to misread our position, because there is no hypocritical talk. IMG has come at us now with several different stances, it is getting hard for Kruger to see who is speaking for the IMG. This was already taken care of, and now to delay because your upset we're re-writing or writing new is maddening. Let's forget these technicalities and move on to the next step.
