Mollies probably should get a gold mining bonus - They're claiming the shouthern field as their own and are selling the gold, ergo, they must be mining it somehow. They don't welcome any other miners there... Would be a pain in the rear to get the ore sold though, unless to some junker.
Hessians are known to mine diamonds, but they get "blood diamonds" instead. They should probably get a diamond mining bonus. Both Hessians and Mollies may dock on IMG bases, thus have access to the smaller mining vehicles, no problem. I believe the Hegemon is also sold at Gran Canaria (or another zoner base, I forget) so they could easily get a bigger miner too.
Makes sense for these unlawfuls to get a mining bonus. I just don't know how they would end up delivering the mined goods... short of selling it to smugglers or transports.

while they can't be taxed.
So for the sake of Pirate > Tax > Trader > Miner > Money etc.
I think it's better not to give them a bonus. even though they might deserve it.
Thats not true... you can pirate them just as every other Miner, like you can pirate everyone if you have the fitting ID. It would make quite some sense if they would get the bonus. As far as I remember Corsairs are getting a bonus for artifacts too...
Nope, they don't. Samura does, but not the 'Sairs.
Molly miners would get the crap taxed out of them by Sairs, probably more even then BMM. Hessians would suffer the same fate (if not blown up outright - although technically you can't do that to a transport)
Artifact mining is another story, the only viable place for it is in Theta around the Gamma jumphole, but Outcast (and veritable floods of NPCs) tend to make that troublesome. Besides, artefacts mining isn't profitable, considering the damn things only sell for 2K at their most expensive spot - With Leon base being an easier dropoff at 750ish a unit.
