Ms Anderson,
Tis a pleasure ta make yon aquaintance. 'S always a pleasure ta see such a lovely lass doon' th' hard work, that o' keepin egos an' behavior in check, for those what wield power. Tough job, ye must be a tough lass, an 'tis me honor ta meet'cha.
T' tha' point, I'd like ta point yer attention at THIS CHANNEL, where Maximo Valeri, one of your *cough* officers is clearly not only insubordinate to his own superior officers, but seems to be willfully enraging the Junker's Congress, and in my case, private Junkers, in order to disrupt th' delicate balance struck betwixt our organisations.
I would think such behavior would be unbecoming of an officer, and in fact, might even cause shots to be fired between our groups, if noone happens to be lookin'...*winks* An' Oi'd hate ta see such a thing happen.
Now, were this chap under MY oversight, he'd be strapped to a piece o' scrap, an' left spinnin' in a field somewheres for a week, just ta think about th' possible harm he's causin' to both my operation, an' a hard-fought peace built upon years o' coordination an' compromise. I'd say to this chap, 'ye're far too wee a person ta be defended while Junkers an' Liberty Citizens are put in danger by yer behaviour'. ---'Course he's nay under my oversight. He is howe'er under yours.
I leave it to you, ma'am.
Let me just say again, that this delicate balance tha's been struck 'twixt Junkers an' the Liberty authorities is in jeapordy, an' this Valeri chap is 100% to blame for such. I wonder if he's so integral to your operations as to be worth shielding from the effects of his actions.
Oi thank ye fer your time,
Captain Tim Finnegan,

Mr. Finnegan,
First of all, thank you for your kind words, I am grateful that you started the transmission with a social atmosphere, it's nice to be reminded life is not all about paperwork.
Now, to business. I have heard your channel for pirate reports regarding Ronchester. This Lieutenant-Commander Maximo Valeri has indeed a impressive title, it's tragic that he cannot at least act like he's a officer which has the capability to lead men into combat, without screaming down the comms, but to me this is someone who has the power, and uses it to his own will.
Now let me make something clear to you sir, without sounding hostile. This man is within Liberty Navy ranks, I have no authoritarian to do anything within this matter, if he somehow begins to shoot civilians, or 'fines' a trading ship, I can get involved, and by god I will.
The only thing I can really do is sit and watch, to put it simple. As I have said, this is a Naval problem, not a LSF, once it becomes one, I'll be sure to get involved ASAP.
I can only advise you to remove his privileges from reporting such pirates. Talking to Admiral Hale, or another senior Officer could sweeten the deal, I doubt it will work, but there's always a try.
If it comes that the Junkers become hostile (I hope to god I will never see the day) I will be working on a case for a cease fire as soon as it starts.

Finn Bows deeply "Ms Anderson,
Me sincerest thanks, an' apologies.
Oi'd wrongly thought tha' 'yon IA departmant had oversight over th' LNS officership, and in that 'twere me own mistake to bother ye."
Finn clasps hands behind his back "Also, Oi dinnae mean ta infer any threat, nor've Oi th' power ta make good on one, since I left Congress, regardin' Junker hostilities....past me own."
Grins toothily, wryly "Tha' said, Oi'll 'ave me eye on this rotter, an' If ONE o' me Junker mates ends up eatin' vacuum o'er 'is daft actions, rest assured Oi'll take matters into me own 'ands, and nae be both'rin ye further."
Finn smiles broadly, and bows again. "Oi thankee fer yer valuable time an' explanation as to yer inability ta leash 'yon dog. I trust this comm will stay secure, an' betwixt us two."
Turns to his command chair "Lass, may yer skies be clear an' yer roads wide n' smooth. Wake, out."
He shouts as his back recedes, "Murph, lad. Light 'em!"
