Guten tag,
On the 9 of November [Convoy] vessel Dagger_Black created a terrible incident in Frankfurt system. Pilot of this vessel ignored direct orders of Bundespolizei officers and members of Rheinwehr and attempted to escape via tradelane system. It resulted in emergency shutdown of first and second tradelane gates of Mainz Storage Facility - Munich Jump Gate lane and caused problems for civilian traffic in the area. Pilot also used to send encrypted messages to Liberty Core systems to a person called "Phoenix". We take all his actions as flagrant violations of Rheinland Laws and complete disrespect to Bundespolizei and Rheinwehr.
In this case Bundespolizei raises a demand for payment of a Twenty Five Millions Credits fine by [Convoy] company. The sum of fine should be transmitted to Bundespolizei bank account - RFP|Arsenal. Denial to pay the fine will result in future investigation of [Convoy] company actions by Bundespolizei and will have serious consequences.
I'm attaching the logs of conversations with your pilot to this transmission.
Thank you forwarding this incident to our bureaus that quick. I need to say, I am really shocked of hearing about such an incident, as I didn't believe that a rookie, delivering a senseful impression to me and my officers, could have betrayed us that much by now showing such a behaviour, which is not acceptable for the [Convoy] at all, as we are honourable men, holding our honour above our lives.
By checking the communication logs, all evidence needed has been given. This person, a new rookie which didn't gain his official [Convoy] status yet, named [Convoy].Dager_Black, has been set on the black list of our company. All licenses and Access Codes actually given have been revoked. He cant be considered as a member as soon as this message leaves my desk, signed, and delivered to you.
Of course, the reaparation fee will be payed to Rheinland definetely, as I can't apologize enough for causing such an incident. We, me and my officers, will take care for such things not to happen again in the future.
And as I said, this individual will be told to leave every euipent behind, and change hiw actual IFF. Should he been seen by Rheinland forces again, I would request to inform my bureau again, and to enforce law against this indiviual with reasonnable force.

Bundespolizei highly appreciate your interest in fast resolving of this issue. As soon as the receipt of the fine will be confirmed, all the Bundespolizei complaints to [Convoy] will be lifted. Our work is to maintain peaceful atmosphere for growth of trade and we are glad to welcome all the companies that obey Rheinland Law. Hope we will avoid any issues in the future and [Convoy] company will still strenghten relations between Bretonia and Rheinland.
Another time, my apologies for this incident. I hope it wont issue the relationships between
Bretonia and Rheinland, as we are always working on an improvement of these.
My officers have been told of the crimes the pilot [Convoy].Dager_Black committed, and if he refuses to comply to change his IFF and to accept his imprisonement, he will be dealt with force.
