Greetings.

I wish to call to your attention two individuals who seem to be part of the conflict between your republic and Rheinland. Now, I wish to stress again our neutrality in this conflict, but when our own vessels are abused by either party, we do take action. The transports "Pottsork" and "Reciver", both flying Atlas class transports, have admitted to myself to be operatives for Rheinland. They fly under an Interspace identification, and what greatly annoyed me, IMG built vessels. This could imply IMG involvement in this conflict, something I wish to avoid. I have no idea how they got ahold of those ships, they are not listed in our registry. Either a copy built by Rheinland, or some derelicts salvaged and restored somehow, I suppose.
Attempts to repossess these vessels have failed. Perhaps you will have more efficient means of decomissioning these cargo barges, preferably by liberal application of antimatter to hull plating, should they enter Liberty space again.
