Subject: Odd Ship Behaviour in New Tokyo
House Liberty Authorities,
I am an independent trader, and I conduct my business across Sirius. My clients and my cargo always change, but I do my best to keep things on the up and up. Thanks to my travels, I know where which ships belong and where they don't.
As such, I though I should inform you that I came across a Liberty Police fighter flying rather erratically in the New Tokyo system. I can only assume that this fighter was stolen, as it transmitted no discernible IFF signal. The vessel did not fire or make any radio chatter.
I have attached shots from my guncam for your consideration. I did not think to capture the timestamp, but I have sent this transmission as soon as I landed safely after the encounter. The first shows the proof of vessel and lack of IFF, the second confirms the location.
Please inform me if there is anything else I can add to this statement.
Also, if you need an agent to help track down this vessel, I must shamelessly recommend my cousin Mr. Da Silva who goes by the callsign Diomedes. He is a freelance fighter pilot in good standing with Liberty authority and business. I feel awkward adding this, but we do what we can for family no?
