Hello this is Luke Garner captain of the Mustang|R11 a Order recon ship currently posted in Omicron Minor. I have created this Report list to compile our information of Enemies and Friends . The reason for doing this is so we know who has attacked or help us in battle or of people who simply bother us again and again. I hope these report will help the Order keep track of players and battles so we know who repeat offenders of our laws are so in the future we can prevent them from coming close to Toledo.
