Well done. Now, it's time we move OPERATION: Backdoor Breach into phase two.
The war with the Rheinlanders rages on but inside our own borders another one is emerging. I'm not speaking of the constant hassle with some trivial criminal organizations. I'm speaking of a highly militarized group that has the technology, supplies and men to impose a serious threat to the security of Liberty. I'm speaking of the Coalition. You have probably heard of this group before, whether the name ring any bells from a past news report or from your LSF-training, it means nothing. Whatever you knew before is worthless information, what matters is here and now, real-time intel that is going to prep us for future strikes.
But that is not all.
I have suspected for a long time now that the Coalition have and still are utilizing inside-men for their Liberty operations. Moles who hand over sensitive information to the highest bidder. The Coalition are too organized, too coordinated and worst of all, too confident in their attacks. They know when to strike, how to strike and why they should strike. They pick the absolute best targets at the absolute best times. It's like they know our whole grid-system, pilot schedules, inbound and outbound traffic, defensive systems, recon systems. Everything. Breaching into our capital system undetected is a testament of that.
We need to locate, identify and neutralize these moles. Only through an effective purging of traitors will Liberty stand a chance to survive the newly created battlefield of guerilla warfare.
The problem is, where should we start? We have no idea who these people might be, they can be anywhere in the myriad of stations and planets which our house offers. Hiding in the deepest of caves where no one will ever find them. We must lure them out, and the only way we can accomplish this is to become the Coalition ourselves. Contact one of them, request a meeting and setup a negotiation for some money-information trade. However, this leads to a second obstacle, with what means, what platform do we utilize to communicate with them? We have only but one clue to consume and we must hope it gives us a lead.
A couple of days ago the Coalition attempted to perform a propaganda attack in the New York system. Airing the program via a mobile communications network setup near Maine. Our taskforce managed to triangulate the signals which lead us to the source. Agents of the Liberty Security Force were sent out to neutralize any and all Coalition pilots found within the sector.
It ended up in a total failure...
It was like the Coalition had expected an attack and had therefore brought out several aces to take down the incoming LSF assault. It was like someone had told them about it. The propaganda attack seemed more to be about beating back the LSF rather than shouting through the global communications network.
Regardless of their planned intentions the result was a devastating attack towards our military branches. We cannot afford to lose this hard again. It will be the end of us. You need to head to Planet Pittsburgh and locate Mining Operation Site 5B. Once you have reached the RV-point you need to investigate where the Coalition could have possibly made contact with an informant. Why Site 5B? Because that's where the source of their signal reaches a dead-end.
I need that information Fox, and I need it ASAP.

A shady middle man of sorts that rented a bay for a Borderworlds Transport that disappeared on the day in question.
His behavior was also different and several communication array parts disappeared from the adjacent bay in the same day.
- The interrogation went well. He didn't knew who was his contractor or the ones that used the transport.
- He gave me however the original transponder codes, and he knows the origin of the ship within Liberty.
