First of all, I regret having to bring this to the attention of the IMG command. I know that you have little control over those operating outside of the core guild's colors, however, due to the rebels flying under the IMG's banner in omega-7, the sighting of IMG carriers inside Rheinland Core Space, and now this, I am afraid I must involve the high command of the IMG so that these actions do not blow out of both sides' control.
This being side, the rest of this message is directed at the RDA.

Guten Tag, Das ist second rate Rheinland Military Offizier Carl Von Manstein
Das ist a report about the Patrol NM-28. It was a typical support until the last part. I was in the orbit of the Planet Hamburg, before I take the trade lane to Batteship Westfalen when a convoy consisting of 2 super transports came from Alster Shipyard. I asked them to stop but they didn't reply and took the trade lane to the Bering Jump Gate. I followed and I asked them again to stop. They ignored me again and they jumped; I also followed to Bering. In Bering, I was fast enough to deactivate the trade lane, but still they didn't stop and activated their cruise engines. Unfortunately my ship didn't have a Cruise Disruptor, so I couldn't do much. I activated my guncam in the Bering system and you might find the following photos interesting.
The primary reason that this report is sent directly to the High Command is that these two transports belong to an IMG group, the "RDA". I believe the two offences of their transports (1. Disobbeying multiple times an offizier's orders 2. Ignoring the embargo) are enough to contact their command and ask for clarifications. But natürlich this is not in my jurisdiction, so I leave it your capable hands. I would only request to give me some guidelines if it happens to meet the RDA transports again. Danke Schön.
As you can see in the attached transmission, it seems that some of the captains of RDA ships, RDA ships of Libertonian design no less, have decided that it is in their interest to supply our Libertonian enemies using goods of Rheinland origin as well as running the blockade between our two Houses.
Let me take a moment to remind the RDA what the sentence is for blockade runners who do not stop when commanded by an officer of the Rheinwehr.
Death by firing squad is the established sentence for all blockade runners who refuse to halt.
Now that I have your attention, I would like to propose a solution to this case of treason against the Vaterland that doesn't involve being shot.
As you can see, if the captain stops running, the sentence is reduced to that of smuggling. The first offense of smuggling results in the captain's cargo being confiscated. This is the chance for the captains of the RDA-Chromium and RDA-Hydrogen to 'stop running.' We ask that the two captains pay the value of the 10,000 units of luxury food to the House of Rheinland in retribution of their sins.
Now, I understand that, as said before, it can be hard for a rag tag corporation of miners to control all of their captains. As such, we will be assuming that the actions shown here resulted from two overambitious captains instead of from RDA High Command. If something of this nature happens again, this view may change.
All RDA vessels found inside the Vaterland are from now on are going to be questioned in regard to what reason they have to be in Rheinland space as well as their destination. At this time, RDA vessels are not to be barred from Rheinland space, though if reports of misbehavior continue, this is a very good possibility.
The ships RDA-Chromium and RDA-Hydrogen are a different story however. Effective immediately, the two aforementioned ships are wanted for charges of Violation of the Liberty/Rheinland embargo and will be dealt with using lethal force until their outstanding fines are paid.
Thank-you for your time,
Rheinwehr High Command Officer Hauptmann Hans Putzkammer

RDA vessels do not fall in the IMG command structure. As such there's little we can do, save to say you should deal with blockade runners as you see fit. In short: They're not ours.
With the current mess in the Omega's and Tau systems, we have our hands full at the moment, but if you have any specific request of us in regards to this, let us know and we'll try to help out.
Sanders, out.

I regret to inform you that as long as they are flying under IMG transponder codes the guild is, by default, involved.
That being said however, we understand that you have little to no control over the actions of the RDA. We mearly wish to keep you informed with developments between a group that clams to work as IMG miners (the RDA) and the House of Rheinland.
Thank-you for your understanding,

Well this is quite... unfortunate. Firstly, i would like to apologize on behalf of my captains behaviour. However, did not the RDA-Hydrogen's captain inform you of a breaking thruster malfunction?
Also, by 10000 units of luxury food, could you be a litte more specific? The value from where? All in all, could you provide me with a concrete unite price?
Please respond as soon as possible.

From your name I gather you are of Rheinland decent, yes? I hope then you can understand the gravity of this situation; members of your corporation supplying our most dangerous enemy.
You are correct in your assumption that this is somewhat unfortunate. Incidents involving the use of firing squads usually are. And yes, the Hydrogen's captain did inform us of a thruster malfunction.... right before he typed in the authorization codes to initiate a lane jump, and system jump, and powered up cruise engines after entering the Bering system at a complete halt.
I think there may be a bit more then a thruster malfunction at work here. That or I think your pilot may lying out his ass.
Should I give you some time to talk things over with the Captain of the Hydrogen before we continue this discussion?
PS: Your question about luxury food prices and what the two RDA transports owe Rheinland in fines?
18,721,816 Sirius credits is what you can sell 10,000 units of luxury food on Planet Denver for. That, quite simply, is what we demand in reparations.
Waiting for your response,
Rheinwehr High Command Officer Hauptmann Hans Putzkammer

Well yes, i am of rheinland decent, and quite proud of it aswell. And no, i do not need time to deal with said captains, as they already got demoted.
I would be willing to perform an exchange of prisoners, but I believe life long aboard our isolated mining outposts would be quite a bit better punishment then death by firing squad.
However, if you do not agree, please inform me.
Now, as for this situation, how did you say we were to remedy this? Send you 18,721,816? Let's round that up to 19 millions shall we? Round numbers are so much easier to work with. Now where did you want this amount sent to?
I hope we can set this straight as soon as possible.

Mr. Putzkammer,
I frankly don't care if they claim to work for the Kanzler himself. They do not work under the IMG guild banner. They may be friendly to our guild and work based out of our core infrastructure, as many independant miners do. Their transponders are clearly marked "RDA-", which signifies those vessels to fall under the Resource Distribution Agency group. I suggest, if you have not done so already, to take this matter up with them directly. Again, these vessels do not fall within the IMG command structure, as such there's very little we can do.
Now if you have problems with any IMG| transponder vessels, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist.
Sanders out.

Since the admins don't let us FR5 our indies for not following our own policies we refuse to be held accountable for them. Don't blame the official guilds for actions of their indies, unless they directly violate the ID's of them. RDA is NOT, and I repeat just in case this doesn't get through the first time, NOT IMG. Posession of an ID does not mean that the official guild becomes responsible for their actions.
And yes. I am annoyed by this. Official guilds have crap for influence on their members apparantly.

I appreciate your swift response and enthusiasm. I am glad to see that we can truly put this behind us.
The nineteen million sirius credits can be sent to '[RM-ARM]-Behemoth-001'.
With the fine paid your men are free of their charges in the eyes of Rheinland, though if I were you, I would have a nice long talk with them before they are allowed in the pilot's seat once more.
PS. We will be awaiting arivle of the fine in the specified account before taking your ship's names off the wanted list. So please make sure the fine is paid before sending the two transports into Rheinland.

Credits sent from RDA-Astatine. And yes, you can be assured that it will be a long time until these people ever step on one of our transports bridge again.
