On the 4th of 7th 791 a bretonian/leeds citizen was persued and arrested in the coventry industrial district of the capital at approximatley 19:43pm. The accused gave the name John Corneleus Smith to authorities once detained, however these details were impossible to confirm due to the obscure and proofless background of the offender. John Corneleus Smith was charged with theft and unlicensed arms trafficking and sentenced to a youth rehabilitation unit to which the offender was never recorded to have attended. John Corneleus Smith has since been added to the arrest warrant list and searches for his whereabouts are ongoing.

One John Corneleus Smith accepted the responsibility of his offenses in July 791 at New London justice offices on the 22/05/795. Mr Smith alternatively paid a fine of 27,000 credits directly to Her Majesty's justice office in compensation for his initial charges, failing to attend a youth rehabilitation programme, failing to attend a preliminary hearing and for government funding spent on his case.
