What are you doing in Cortez docked on Curacao with a Rheinland Cruiser?
Also you do not shoot at ANY player without role play prior to the attack.
And last but not least you do not shoot at ANY transport class vessel in a Cruiser.

My reason for being there is that Rheinland and Liberty are at war and being in Cortez allows me to raid into Liberty space through the California JH. Cortez is independent and I am green with Spa. I shot at the other player because he was flagged red as Junker. I did apologize to him and probably should not have done this, but then again, if a member of a police or military organization meets on someone from a pirate group isn't it expected to fight? But again, I understand I should not have attacked him. I just undocked, he was red in front of me, and I fired. As far as the rule concerning the cruiser not firing on a freighter I honestly did not know that. In any case, by now I received the details on that and naturally I will do as required.
