Morn tae ye all.
Forst off, ai tried to contact Commisioner Silsbury on private comms, 'owever, ai got no reply, so, as stated, i am takin' this tae the pooblic command structure.
I am Chancellor Tammo McIllheney, Director of Bretonian Operations for Interspace Commerce.
This transmission is in regard' tae the actions o' a Sargeant Hone Nathan on 24th December, in Dublin, an' the questions raised by aforementioned actions as to the view of the BPA, BAF, an' the Crown on Interspace Commerce.
Firs' off, ai would loike tae give tae ye the evidence collected by moiself as the captain of the Interspace vessel IC|Belfast. <Linking.........files uploaded> <Linking.........text uploaded>
Firs' o all, the thinly veiled threats from Sargeant Hone be no' appreciated a' all.
We 'ere at Interspace have to deal daily wit' Hackers oo mean what t'ey say, an' we take all threats, blatant or hidden, very very seriously.
Secon' o all, Iffen the viewpoint o Sargeant Hone be the official viewpoint o the BPA, this is a very serious problem.
I request from ye all, clarification on wheter or not Hone was speakin' fer te BPA an' te Crown durin' the incident in question, an', iffen 'e was not, a review o' t'is situation in regards tae conduct unbecomin' an officer o te law.
Thank ye fer yer time,
Chancellor Tammo McIllheney.

First of all, I must thank you for the Transcription sir, as some foolishness on my or my ship's part caused me to lose my recordings, thus spoiling my report, fortunately you have saved my bacon.
However, I must Object at your claims I "threatened" you, at no point did I make any threats.
Prehaps if I explain my points here you will realise this:
From what you said, it seems that IND have left IC, and yet can still control docking ports, as the incident which sparked this - that of Mr Jethro - shows; This creates a security risk to Bretonia as ships can flee to IC bases, where I am sure normally IC would not accord them docking rights, in compliance with Bretonian law.
Establishing and reporting these facts was my purpose, however since you have done so for me, I believe I can safely leave this up to my superiors decision.

Subject: The IND Affair
Dear Chancellor McIllheney.
The opinion of Sergeant Nathan is not the official view of the Bretonia Police Authority, we know that the Independent Neural-Net Department are a hard group to say no to but we request in future that your docking staff are more judicious in situations where ships fleeing an officer of the law are concerned.
We have no desire to escalate the issue as the IND have received a fair amount of justice because of this, we only wish to inform you that Interspace Commerce can easily be held accountable for harbouring fugitives if it is obvious that the ship or ships in question are on the run.
Please insure that your Docking Staff are properly notified and retrained if necessary.
