Gallic tech open to Sirians?

Of course there always needs to be a good reason when some decision is made. First thing that pops to my mind: civilian tech has always been open use, and made sense to keep it as a red cell when Gallia was closed space to foreigner, but now that bounderies are, if not completely, open...
Maybe it'd need some regulations at first....like...make it white cell and permissions are approved/dissapproved by the Council (as the GRN would just straight forward say no...) or the Brigands for unlawfuls or......well, I'm dry, so give me your suggestions...
It's obvious what my vote is...

No. They both developed tech for their own ships, likely making it only workable on Galliac ships. Being able to mount something on a ship that has been around for a long time, example of one being a sabre, with something that was made by a house that likely didn't use the same kind of connections/hookups etc is just plain stupid.

I'd imagine some of the unlawful factions in Gallia may sell civilian equipment to Sirians at inflated prices to make a quick buck while its not widely available. Maybe it can go to white cell.

Edit: There's nothing really special about their civie guns. If you really want them on your Sabre/Eagle/whatever, just SRP it

Actually...that's what I wanted in the first place....(I honestly thought they were a white cell), but turns out they're a red cell and SRP is close....

Edit: I wanted glaives on a BHG bottlenose..I know most people thing razors>glaives, but there is a pure IRP reason for that. I'm a fail PvPer anyway, so it won't make much of a difference..
