killer_free/bad_free has been sanctioned for:

5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not attack the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 4 hours. Self-killing during a PvP fight is counted as a normal PvP death.
5.9 Disconnecting from the server in a PvP fight to escape, as well as in any other situation that involves player interaction, is not allowed. If you lose server connection during a player interaction, you should get back in game quickly to continue the interaction, with the other player's permission. If that is not possible, then post on the forums and PM the players involved.
6.2 Ship and equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible.
Consequences: As you can see, you are did a lot of things wrong. You're miner, bad_free, F1'd out of piracy. That's a 100 million and since neither that account nor your gunboat, killer_free, had enough, I took some off of your Luxury Liner.
You don't log into your gunboat to avenge against a pirate, which you did do.
Another thing, that gunboat of yours, I don't think the Bretonian government allows it's gunboats to be used by Freelancers. You will find killer_free in Bastille UNTIL you:
-Decide what ship that Freelancer will fly.
-Prove you have permission to fly it.
-ID it BAF with appropriate rep.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised
that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions
up to a ban.

I ask to let out the ship and to return the weapon which stood on it. It is a pity to me that I have broken server rules. I badly knew rules but now I promise not to break.

They are asking about a gunboat, I suggest the Ahoudori Kusari explorer as it is civilian and available to any one, its got 7 turrets and a 600k power core.
